I was taking this supplement to help ease and eventually get rid of IBS symptoms . I have have been struggling with IBS since I was a little girl and I’ll tell ya there isn’t a lot of things out there that help ease my symptoms.While I was taking this supplement I did not see or feel much of a difference. It might be one of those products that you have to take for a few months to really see and feel the effects of it .I know that everyone’s body reacts differently to medication. This might work for you and it might not .

Happily, I'm noticing positive results! I'm only taking 1 capsule a day and that seems to be enough for my particular concern. This Real Science brand supplement are soft clear capsules with dark brown granules inside (like coffee), and are less than 1" long, so easy to swallow. Did not notice any flavor. They're rather pricey, the ingredients are interesting being mostly vitamins with amount listed, but no clue on what makes their IBS Blend, or the specific amounts of vinitrox and Gaba. Hopefully, for the price, all is safe and worth using. I'm satisfied with my results, things seem to be getting regulated, and that's a good thing.
