The item was great. I was a little disappointed in the cable quality which gave way a few months. The powerbank charged well until it didn't. Thanks to the two year warranty, I was able to replace it in time where the Duracell team, especially Barnali from the team was really helpful in coordinating it. Received the new product quickly. My only disappointment in the product is its charging speed limited to 22.5W power

Although the item was perfectly fine and it performed as per given specifications, but one day after 5-6 months all of a sudden the power bank failed to charge my devices. Lights on the powerbank were coming on but my devices weren't charging. I got in touch with the customer care of Duracell and Ms. Namrata was extremely helpful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I’ve been using this power bank for a while now and really like it. It charges my phone quickly and is easy to carry around. Works well for me, especially when I’m travelling. Definitely happy with the purchase.

The powerbank was good but somehow it stopped working after 15 months. i reached out to Duracell Powerbank helpline, i got the number from their website. my complaint was registered by Barnali Sarkar, she clearly explained the process for claiming the replacement under Warranty. warranty is for 2 years. i uploaded the original invoice , nameplate of the powerbank, video showing the charging issue. same day she raised my complaint for approval. and communicated to me on whatsapp. in 2 days i got replacement. and they picked up the old unit as well.Perfect service by Barnali Sarkar, thanksthe 5 star is for customer service.

Absolutely game changer for me. It charges my phone faster than my wall socket charger. I don't understand the mah stuff but boy did it charged my phone from 12% to 70 percent while not dropping even 25% of the powerbanks charge. The powerbank looking like the duracell cell is duper charming. I love it. 11/10 will recommend.
