Not fit for purpose
Don’t waste your money the device itself is ok it’s the app you have to use which is the issue it constantly crashes and if you move more that 10 feet from the phone it breaks contact Whicker I get it is only Bluetooth after all. But you then can’t reestablish contact.

Fantastic product
Love this CGM! Easy to use and really useful - if sometimes shocking! - to see how different foods and activities affect my blood glucose. I am not diabetic, but with the help of this Dexcom One I was able to see that I have developed an uneasy degree of insulin resistance [IR], which I am now dismantling with the help of this glucose monitor, plus a breath ketone meter - since part of my IR deconstructing involves a mildly ketogenic diet. Dexcom One sensor was easy to fit, prickled a little bit from time to time over the first hour or so, then settled down. App was easy to install and display clear and simple. Would have liked to be able to access my historical graphs, but did not want to take on any monthly subscription service - which is also why I did not buy one of the newer Dexcom upgrades which require joining a subscription service. I bought a waterproof Overlay Patch so that I could shower, bathe and swim [even aquafit!] while wearing the sensor.

It is rubbish which is a shame
I bought this to see what caused my blood sugar to raise the most not because I am diabetic which is just as well as it constantly disconnects and then takes ages to reconnect. The app is rubbish too - so I would waste money on this tbh! We

left me with a nasty, lingering rash but it works
It's not as accurate as a blood monitor but it is immediate so you can see the damage that packet of Wotsits is doing before you're even halfway through the bag (unfortunately). I think it's massively overpriced - I don't know why the transmitter needs replaced so often - and the amount of plastic waste is eye-watering.

VERY DISGUSTED
I am disgusted; I paid for 3 sensors and 1 transmitter and the delivery arrived without the transmitter which I have paid for. I am not happy as I need the transmitter for the sensors to work 😠

Complete waste of money
said phone was compatible. When I loaded the app it said it was discontinuing support, I put on the equipment as laid out in the instructions but when I came to input the SN number it said they were incorrect. The same happened if I tried to take a photo of the QR code. Binned the lot and won't be recommending them to anybody...
