Package arrived and all items depicted in the primary product photo were present. Build quality was good, and assembly straight-forward. All the metal parts are painted/coated thoroughly and were in good shape.The cargo bag is a heavy-duty, rubber-coated canvas (a bit like a river raft). From a water-proofing standpoint, this is a plus, but it does make the bag a bit unwieldy when trying to wrangle items into it, or even to zip/unzip it. I would imagine it would not be convenient if you need to access items within the bag repeatedly or often, but shouldn't be much of an issue to deal with for only a couple times per trip.I purchased this cargo carrier set primarily because it was foldable and included the waterproof bag, but was pleased that it also had a locking hitch pin and other cargo accessories like the elastic netting and ratchet straps.I'm very pleased with this purchase so far, but because I haven't had it on the road yet, it remains to be seen if there is noise or rattling from the carrier once it is installed and driven on the highway.

I have a 22 toyota highlander and this extra storage has been MY SAVIOR on camping trips. I have no space in my cargo whatsoever after adding 2 adults, 4 kids, and 2 dogs. Soooo needless to say this has been a miracle bag and provides us with the storage and capacity to pack almost all of our camping gear + the grill. It's been on 3 trips 4 hours one way and back and it's done great with no rips, leaks, or zipper issues. Super greatful and appreciative for it and i couldn't recommend it more💝

Installed this on a Ford Explorer for extended trips with 4 or more passengers. With the back seats up luggage is limited in the back of a mini SUV like this and we found that for extended trips we either needed a trailer hitch rack or something like this. This is better than the hitch rack in that it sticks up, not out.A set of steps that hook to the door latch on the frame, makes access easy and convenient.

Assembly was relatively easy except for attaching the wind shield on the front. The instructions are very confusing and make no sense when it comes to this step. They have the "spacers" but no clue as to how they are to be installed. Tried to find videos on YouTube and there were only a couple that we found and only one installed it but didn't show how the spacers worked (and to be honest it didn't look right) and then the others didn't even bother putting it on. Other than that the basket is good quality and very sturdy. We bought this because it came with the luggage bag, net and straps which for the price was great!

This is a great buy! This cargo hitch was the only way we were able to fit three adults and two large dogs into one Crosstrek along with three days worth of camping gear.This is super sturdy and very easy to put on the car. The hitch stabilizer is included and gives a lot of peace of mind (and stability, of course). The result is a very quiet drive, but still very easy for the average driver to maneuver. You can still park in an average sized parking spot without "sticking out".This fit a 77 qt cooler in the middle over a cross bar, two stacked backpacks on one side, and three peoples' sleeping accoutrements on the other. This ALL fit in the bag without a problem and we probably could have shoved some more stuff in. The bag itself is incredibly sturdy with very stout zippers. The included ratchet straps are the best way to hold everything down and did a spectacular job with no problems.

Easy to put together and good quality… it just seems odd to me that the screws sit facing up into the cargo space. I’m thinking it’s totally going to poke a hole in the bag. I’m also planning to use it for my inflatable paddle board bags and am a little concerned it may cause a problem. Will update after use.

Very surprised on quality, description, and great customer communication. Looks great. The Customer Support great. The choice of different basket roof lengths surprising. Fast send out of product. Easy to read instructions. Didn’t hear any no-no words while being installed. Believe will be very happy with purchase.

Great luggage rack. It was easy to put together. Definitely give us that extra space when we have a car full of kids and luggage.
