Better for cooking
The rapeseed oil is great for frying as it has a higher smoke point which stops the antioxidants from spoiling, keeping the rich flavour of the food while having the added health benefits of containing low saturated fats, omega's 3, 6 and 9. Decreasing cholesterol and maintaining brain and heart functions.In conclusion it is great to cook with and use as a dressing while maintaining rich flavours.

This product is not what it was advertised as?
The oil is not a good quality at all,as it states it is Rape seed oil but it is an ordinary vegetable oil. I am very disappointed and upset with the quality and hoq much I have spent?!.. It is not worth the price or anything
