NO slip and the support is there. these shoes have made me way more aware of gate and heel striking etc. these feel like much better shoes to actually become a runner in than the Hokas. Hokas feel like clouds and then they feel like balls of dough under your feet until they just kind of become mudd and the support is almost entirely gone. These Kinvaras do not do that. They make you more aware of your running, you become a better runner, the spring you get back keeps you really sharp with your strides, and the overall running experience is significantly more rewarding. you might have a rough starting week if youre running on clouds right now. but this is the way. they are so light and tactile feeling.
