Surprising tough for not being a metal.
These take a beating as I have them in heavy drawers I use for storage of tools in an suv setup. I slam them shut and use them as the pull handle and they don’t seem to mind. Could use a longer latch as the mounting sometimes recesses them further down on a drawer. I simply used a different catch on the cabinet for that one incident that I needed more.I’ve got quite a few of these and haven’t had a problem, easy simply to add longer mount bolts for really thick drawer faces. Economical part that works well.

Hardware they sent is wrong size..
The screws that came with the latch are too short to fasten the latch together so I had to use my old ones from the old latch..Otherwise it works well!
