Got what I paid for... Cheap.
It works and it's universal but it feels really cheap. But hey you get what you pay for right? So even if I sound like I'm complaining, I'm not. Seller offer to give me a full refund, which I appreciated greatly, especially since I mentioned the I don't feel cheap. However, I decided to keep it as I still found value in my purchase. So just for that I'm giving them a five star!

Nice product
Don't know why I bought this. It does seem like high quality. It's a great product for law enforcement. I can't see a situation where I would be able to use it without getting in big trouble. Solid steel.

Not for Law Enforcement
DO NOT BUY THIS KEY! I have no idea why this key has good ratings because it's really terrible. It's really cheap and feels weak and flimsy. You really have to play with it to open cuffs and it gets stuck. That is unacceptable and risky. The last thing you want is this key to break or not work while dealing with a detainee or inmate. 1) it would be embarrassing if you had to call someone because you broke your key in your cuffs 2) it's dangerous! If your in the business of cuffing dangerous people, you do not want these cuffs.

High quality
This key is really nice and seems like it was built with good quality materials. I bought another key similar to this previously, but it was another brand and it felt super flimsy compared to this one. Really happy with this product !

Not metal - hopefully it will last
Looks ok. It looks like molded plastic so I hope the business end will last through training etc.
