Car Battery Jump Starter, TOPDON JS3000 12V 3000A Battery Booster Jump Starter Pack for Up to 9L Gas/ 7L Diesel Engines, Portable Car Charger with Handle Jumper Cable and EVA Protection Case

Okay read instructions, this will not start a fully discharged battery. Had to partially charge an ambulances batteries (very large twin connected batteries), which had been left to slowly discharge whilst awaiting other work on it. After partially charging batteries for a few days, gave TOPDON JS3000 a go and on the second press of the 'booster' button the Ambulance sprung to life. It does exact.y what it says on the box and more, very pleased with my purchase. Very nice piece of kit that is super easy to use, quite compact for its power output. The JS3000 comes charged at 50%, so takes about an hour or so to fully charge 100%. It comes with a built in LED light with various settings (strobe, flashing etc), so at night no problem if you should breakdown. There's also charging ports for phones, tablets, laptops etc. It's quite sturdy and should comes in it's own storage case with instructions on use. The clamps are pretty heavy duty and the gage of copper is more than adequate for the job at hand. I'll post some photos later...

This topdon car battery starter is great for getting your car van truck started its peace of mind doing it yourself rather than calling other services that will cost you a lot of money. its very easy to use has great power and the battery life is great within two minutes you can start your car and be on the road again.

My car battery was on it's last legs as it wouldn't hold the charge for more than a week. Plus, the car alternator was not the most efficient after 20yrs of service! However, I did not have the time to search for the replacement battery as to where best to purchase so I purchased the TOPDON 3000A battery booster as a reserve for trips long or short. What a wonderful product the TOPDON is as I had to call upon it's use several times and got me out of trouble away from home. Whilst being weighty, the JS3000 is actually quite compact and comes with it's own carry case keeping all leads and accessories in one place. The jump lead is simple - there is only one-way to plug into the charger by way of the asymmetric plug shape (avoids any errors), and the sturdy jump crocodile clips that connect to the battery. Operation is straightforward - turn on, and press the booster button which prepares the charger to give the boost. My car is a 5.5litre V8 engine and therefore the electrical current required to turn the engine over is quite substantial. Using the JS3000, the engine turned over with no issues, just like having a full charged battery. Love it! I now carry this with me on all journeys and compact enhough to give me peace of mind. Highly recommended!

How many if us get caught out with a totally flat battery or the capacity is too low to start your engine? These booster packs are a godsend and so easy to use

I recently purchased the TOPDON JS3000 Jump Starter and I couldn’t be happier with it. This unit is extremely powerful, capable of starting up to 9L gas and 7L diesel engines with ease. There's nothing worse than getting stuck with a dead car battery, especially if you're busy and on a schedule. You can't always rely on someone nearby having jumper cables, either. And you definitely don't want to spend the money to get a professional if you can help it. That's why being self-reliant and getting your own portable jump starter is so important. As soon as your car battery dies, you can get it up and running almost as quickly with a jump starter. After browsing through the bazillion models available on Amazon, I went for the Topton JS3000, which looked like something substantial that can have enough power to start my old F-150. And, I wasn’t disappointed. The jumper comes in a very nice hard shell style transportation/storage case, and contain everything needed to be ready to use it. Even the USB power block, which is often missing on other models. Talking about USB, this battery jumper devices have USB ports as well, and we often use this in our garage as an oversized battery bank as well when not used to jump start anything, to charge phones and the like, so it’s very useful in all sorts of emergencies. Using the device was very easy really. After being sure it has a full charge, I just plugged it to my truck’s battery, and it immediately detected it and turned one automatically. All I had to do was crank the engine, et voilà, the truck started right at the first try! Once fully charged, I can store this device in my truck, and forget about it for six months or more, until the next time it’s needed. They do however need topping up occasionally, especially if they get very cold or very hot repeatedly. So, something to keep in mind to avoid having a battery jumper that will have a depleted battery, just at the most needed moment. There are other little details that make the JS3000 easier to use. It turns on with a single short press to the power button, as does the embedded flashlight, which cycles through multiple on and emergency flashing cycles. Other units I owned in the past required assorted long and confusing sequences of presses, which might protect against turning on accidentally, but was a hassle when I actually needed to use it. Like every other lithium jump starter, it has of course a reverse polarity detection, alerting you if you connect the clamps to the wrong battery terminals. Keep in mind that the best time to think about shopping for a portable jump starter is not when you’re stuck by the side of the road with a dead battery. Compact, affordable, and easy to use, the latest lithium-ion chargers like this one could be a life saver, and are also small enough to fit in a glove compartment or under the seat, yet it can start your car (or truck) without jumper cables or waiting for help. Definitely a recommended purchase, which I am happy with.
