Q: Do you make one that is just for one thing at a time? Or a suction cup for the end of the cup bunjee? Looking for a way to just suction the cup down.

Not that I know of. I would keep looking

Q: where is it manufactured?

Online it says the mats are made in China. I have one for my grandson and it works very well. He is now ten months old and can pull it off the high chair tray!! So at a certain point I am not sure it works as well.

Q: Are the tethers included? or is it just the mat??

Just the mat and tethers. No toys.

Q: Does this work with the Stokke high chair tray?

The mini mat will fit well on the Stokke Tray, but please check your tray for suction-ability. Some Stokke trays do not let ANY suction cups stick to the surface. If you have any kind of suction cup product around the house, check to see if it will stick to the tray before you order.
