Excellent product and well designed
Excellent product and well designed. Just like having sponge cushion under your heels and relieves the aching heels. Fits well in the shoes without the need to increase the shoe size, washable and just comfortable to wear. Plantar fasciitis could also be caused by inflammation of the plantar fascia to the heel bone, due to small tear or damages, just like a pulled muscle. Think how many steps we take each day, say 4000-5000 steps, that's is how many times we step on those damaged heel muscle without giving it a chance to heal. Imagine like when we have a torn muscle but we never stop using it. So step one, heal those plantar fascia first. But how? We all need to walk each day, from a few to thousands step per day? You must allow the plantar fascia to heal by walking less and use lots and lots of padding or cushions to protect the heels. Use double or triple padding/cushion to speed up recovery. Once healed, keep using the cushions until the heels are fully recovered. Wear thick sole trainers with memory foam. Hope this info helps.

Tuli's heel cups ease my knee pain.
These heel cups are very helpful. I have arthritis in my knees and they provide good cushioning when walking on hard ground. Walking in town on the pavements is now much easier.

A good find
I have recently become affected with Plantar Faciitis and my right heel has been particularly painful. With so many heel supports available it was difficult to make an informed choice. I sort advice from a former work colleague who is a chiropodist/podiatrist. He recommended the Tulis brand and specifically the heavy duty ones for my weight category (80kg+). They are somewhat more expensive than the type I initially purchased but I feel in the relatively short time I have used them they seem better than my previous type. Early days yet but the pain relief does feel better.

Makes my heel pain worse
Just started suffering from plantar fasciitis right at the back of the bottom of my heel, so it is unbearable to put any weight on it. Decided to give these a try but they are actually aggravating rather than helping it. The first day I tried them in my shoes and went for a walk I got a handful of steps when the pain got so bad I had to stop and could hardly limp back to the car. The pain was excrutiating. Rested my heel up and it did feel slightly better, not much, but not as bad as with the supports. Wore them again today as I had a hospital appointment and had to walk along a corridor to get there, and the pain was back as bad as the first time I wore them. The one in the shoe of the foot I don't have pain in felt fine - you would't even know it was there, but the sore heel just felt as if I was standing on something that shouldn't be there and felt so uncomfortable.

impact injuries from running just stopped
Brilliant - I had apparently bought absolutely the correct type of running shoe for the way I run - checked - measured filmed ..etc..and I still kept coming up injured..I tried some different ones and the same thing happened - I was getting very disheartened and bought these as a "what the hell" sort of purchase they are great - really make a noticable difference, no knee or ankle problems since using them - they do also change the fit of my running shoes though - the foot is very slightly angled downwards inside the shoe now which I quite like (but some may be horrified by) - and my ankle bone has more clearance from the side of the shoe which feels much better especially off road I did look at some very very expensive inserts which had a lot less cushioning than these so an excellent surprise at how well they work oh and you cant feel they'ye there - until they're not....

Not for standard shoes
Purchase with purpose of using with my safety shoes in work. Heels cups quite thick make walking very uncomfortable. Packing very nice. Quality just good. For nearly £15 expected bit more. Return on your cost (small parcel around £3.8). Waiting over 2 weeks for confirmation from wherehouse about product return. So far spent nearly £19 no product and no return. No recomend

Pre Teen Athletes with Severs Disease? Immediate Relief!
Bought for 11 year old daughter who competes in Acro Gymnastics at national level. Like a lot of pre-teen sportspeople she suffers from the impact of extensive training (12 hrs + per week) on joints and bones. A common symptom is Severs disease - often associated with a rapid growth spurt. As the bones get longer, the muscles and tendons become tighter as they cannot keep up with the bone growth. This causes pain and tenderness at the back of the heel which is made worse with physical activity. The Tuli's Heavy Duty Heel Cups not only cushion the heel from impact they also elevate it into a position, which is more comfortable for the user. She's been wearing them in all her shoes and her condition improved after just 2 weeks of use. Recommended! Walk, work, run and play on winter ice and snow with ICEGRIPPER.

Good soft support - better than the simple gel inserts
So soft on my heels - really comfortable. I find they slip out of place a bit though in my ballet flats. I wear these without socks, so heels on the gel texture isn't great. But they still get a thumbs up for the comfort - I didn't believe anything could give this comfort when I had a badly bruised heel. I ordered some others first that promised soft comfort, but they were just thick gel so didn't really help as they felt pretty solid when I walked in them. The clever thing in these is that the base under the heel has two levels of cube pattern with with air spaces: so as you step on the heel the larger squares compress and then you hit the smaller squares which also compress a little - and hence the super soft support. Without these I was still limping badly as I couldn't put pressure on my bruised heel, but with these I was able to walk.

Buenas plantillas

Great for bone spurs and plantar fasciitis issues
Love Tuli gel heel cup. Walking and exercising has been difficult after being diagnosed with bone spurs and plantar fasciitis. My podiatrist recommended these shoe /sneaker inserts. What a difference they have made in comfort and pain relief . I use these heel cups in my Sketchers slip on walking shoes and all my sneakers. Have already ordered 6 packages.

Trop souple
Ne rehausse le talon que de quelques millimètres car beaucoup trop mou. Ne convient pas pour les problème de tendons d’Achille notamment haglund
