Is this good for somebody roughly 6 foot or would i bigger model be better?

You'd probably need a one or two cm more than that to get comfortable clearance. Mine is exactly 1961mm from floor to the top of the highest pulley.

What leg exercises can be done? Just leg extension and standing leg curl?

I manage to do squats holding bar at arms length by thighs Also you can use ankle straps for side leg lifts too
