Sensor doesn't work properly, noise is to high than claimed.
They took about 15 days to finally appear for installation after calling customer care 5-6 times after it got delivered. The sensor didn't work during the installation itself. Thanks to the agent who replaced the sensor on the first day itself. Noise is way to high than i expected from the high-priced brand. Installation charges cost me about 2250 rupees. Not really happy with the overall performance and lost trust in the brand and service already.Update: Nov 20241 year of installation and its stopped working for the 4th time. Worst product i ever invested in. Reducing the rating from 2 to 1.

The product was amazing with in the cost and features were amazing comparing to other costly company chimneys this product is worth purchasing and installation is awesome they will follow up to install i got a good installation agent named Prasad was amazing he had great knowledge and experience and was polite and gentle and genuine guy. Saved his phone no. Because of trust he gave me.kudos to amazon,faber,prasad😁
