I have severe arthritis in both knees. I was in too much pain to walk a significant distance for therapeutic purposes. I got the idea that if I had a machine that would help me move and keep me moving for a period of time,I would eventually build up strength and stamina for therapeutic movement. I've had this for only a week or so but was surprised to see that even after the first short session I had a much better range of motion and less pain. This machine is a wonderful way to move without a great deal of stress on the joints. It gently moves your joints and assists if you don't have strength enough to follow through. Now I will be able to participate more fully in my Physical Therapy and enjoy being able to move without pain and difficulty.See you at the Dance !

I bought this machine because I am sitting all day. At first I thought it was small but then I used it has a good range of motion. Even though it is automatic, I used it for 30 mins and my legs were tingling. My blood was pumping and I noticed my legs were kind of tired.In operation, the motion is super smooth and does not make any noise.You can set the speed from 1-12. I usually set it to 7 and forget about it. If I really want to work out my legs, I set it to 10.The timer is only for 15 mins but all you have to do to restart it or extend the time.You can set the motion to clockwise or counterclockwise so the muscle memory doesn't get used to one.Best of all, the customer service is top notch. I had a quesiton and they answered it immediately.Overall, I highly recommend and I will get another one for my elderly parents. I wished I had bought this sooner. You won't regret this purchase.
