These pans are fantastic. I have used them daily for 6 months and they work as well as day one. The non-stick works the best of any pan I have owned. They are HEAVY! The heat distribution is excellent. I highly recommend them.

It is deeply frustrating to discover that a premium 12-inch skillet has already begun shedding its non-stick coating after just one year and nine months of careful, moderate use. Given that I have strictly followed all care instructions—using only wooden or plastic utensils on an electric stove—this premature failure is unacceptable, especially considering the $110 investment. Beyond the health concerns of ingesting flaking material, the durability simply does not match the product's reputation or price point. I have already reached out to the company regarding the safety of continued use and the possibility of a replacement, but I am now compelled to seek a full refund to invest in a more reliable, standard cast iron set that will actually last. I'll update this post depending on the response from the mfgr.

3 pan sizes should cover all typical cooking needs, they look nice but the gold finish on the handles is wearing off in some spots after about a year of regular use..the medium pan suddenly had bubbling and flaking of the coating after frying some pot stickers, but customer service responded immediately to my warranty request and shipped a replacement within a few days. Overall happy, but watching to make sure there's no flaking of the non-stick coating again. Rubbing the pans regularly after washing with a light coat of food grade oil will probably help reduce the risk of coating degradation. Non-stick otherwise works fine and the heat transfer and evenness is very good.

Fantastic anti-sticking pan set I've happily used for almost a year. It's changed my eating habits even, knowing cooking and cleaning is that much easier. Very happy with this in particular, love the transparency on materials used as we were worried about the carcinogenic nonstick pans. Great seller.

These are the best pans I have ever had!

These are beautifully designed frying pans and if you are careful with them they should serve you well for many years. When used correctly, with a touch of cooking oil, they are very non-stick. They are ready for the next use with a good wipe out or wash - I choose to not wash them in the dishwasher, but you can make your own choice. Considering that they are cast-iron, they are not as heavy as I expected, which makes them easier to use. I store them stacked, with pads between them to avoid scratches and they still look and work like new. I think it is important to follow the use and care instruction if you want to be happy with these frying pans. These are great value and I recommend them to you as a long term investment in the culinary arts. My rating is 4.5 stars due to the need to follow the manufacturers instructions.

These are glorious to use. The food just slides easily in these pans.The pans should be in every kitchen. I am glad with my purchase.

I was not sure what to expect with this set. Well , the quality is great , so easy to wash. But cooking is so different with these pans. You need very little oil , medium heat & such non stick surface !! These will become your all time favorite skillets , really . Also it does not go unnoticed that they are beautiful with mat black body and gold handles . VERY HAPPY with my skillets.

A set of cookware with very good packaging. It can be used on an induction cooker, which solves my problem of not being able to find an induction cooker to fit my cooktop. The quality of the pot is very good, there are three sizes, and the design is also very beautiful. Frying eggs is completely non-stick. It is a very satisfying purchase for me. I like this set of cookware very much.
