This huge throw, is pretty well double any of the others we have (except, perhaps one of last season's Ugg throws), and measures a whopping size when opened out - I didn't take a tape measure to it to see if it is 2x2.2m but I'd be surprised if it was any smaller! If anything it is too large!!!!! This throw would work wonderfully on a bed, although modern duvets keep you warm enough, so it might well be a waste in the bedroom, other than as a bed cover. As a throw on a settee in the lounge it is great: two people can easily hide underneath it, and there's room for a couple of children as well. On its own on a chair, for example, it's a heavyweight: fold it in half and spread it over your legs and body, and things heat up pretty quickly: we found one layer to be just about right, so folding it up might be overkill - depending on how cold your room is. The sales blurb says it weighs 2.5kg, but it feels a lot more than that, but that might be because it is so large. Another plus, compared with some sheepskin throws of a similar function (not size a sheep that big would be pretty difficult to imagine), is that it doesn't smell at all. I've seen many a review about sheepskin items where they're unusable because of the smell: this is made from long white fibres which feel smooth, warm and pleasant to the touch. It's a real winner. One word of warning, though: this'd be a bear to wash, so don't be eating any spag bol or pizzas in front of the telly when you're under one of these: it can't begin to guess whether it'd fit into a modern washing machine let alone how you're supposed to treat it. At the price it's a steal and I'd hearticly recommend it.

Omg heaven! Love this blanket! So soft and cosy not to mention huge!!! Doesnt shed, it's washed well (I don't faff with white washes or diff settings it all goes on same wash cycle lol) and dried as soft as it was before! Whites not the most practical colour and it's not as heavy as I'd like but can't have everything I guess.

Absolutely love this blanket! A bit on the expensive side but I didn’t want to buy one of the cheaper ones as I really wanted this to be good quality. And I wasn’t disappointed - it’s large, heavy, soft and super warm. And the dogs love it too! The only thing is I expected it to be polar white but it’s more like cream white. Regardless, I might buy more as presents.

The reason I purchased this item was because of the size of it, and it is a brilliant 6.5ft x 7.5ft. However, there is a very clear lack of quality compared to other throws and blankets I've bought before. The two 'sides' of the blanket do slip together, which is quite frustrating. The blanket was also ripped about 7 inches at a seam upon arrival. That being said, the blanket is incredibly soft, and I do think its USP is its large size.

Having bought many throws for my sofa/bed over the years i thought I'd buy a larger one, i saw the good reviews on this so bought it, best throw/blanket ever, very soft and looks great, trust me you wont be disappointed

Must have item. Especially as winter is coming and the costs of central heating is more offensive than Cheryl’s ‘singing’. Soft, plush, BIG, lovely. I can not recommend this throw highly enough. I could try but it would not be successful. As gorgeous as Armie Hammer.
