will a 52v battery work for it?

Yes I use 3 x 18v milwaukee batteries for mine pushing 60v when fully charged no issues

Can you use a rear drive on the front and vice versa?

Not switchable at all. Rear requires some type of threaded surface for chain sprocket or cassette. Front wheel mounting width is 100mm where a rear is usually much wider.

Does this wheel come with the 7 speed sprockets on it already?

It doesn’t come with any sprockets or disc brakes. But does come brake levers
