BCAN rebounder, very quiet, easy on the joints, and lots of fun
The BCAN rebounder arrived on time, no damage to item or packaging.I absolutely love it! It will hold up to 450 lbs. It's easy to put together as it is shipped almost all assembled. Of the 32 bungies on it I only had to attach 11. A couple of small tools come with it, (very easy peasy) No missing parts. It comes folded up and an elder person (I'm in my 70's and I was able to open it myself with a bit of effort) or someone with some physical disability may or may not need a second person to help them open it. BUT DO BE CAREFUL! The rebounder comes folded up and there are some heavy duty springs on the hinges so it can snap back and hit you in the face. (No I didn't get hit but you need a bit of muscle to open it correctly) Make sure when you open it that you open it all the way so that it locks open before you let go of either side. I knelt on one side using a folded towel as a knee pad and lifted and then pushed the other side all the way down onto the floor. Then I carefully and slowly let go. Just be sure to READ THE INSTRUCTION BOOK as it recommends checking the legs for tightness every so often. A safety railing can be ordered with the rebounder (I bought one) and I would recommend it to anyone who might have some balance challenges. In fact I wonder one could order two of them, one for back and one for front. I didn't find two necessary though. The bungies are better than the spring ones as the springs are noisy. I use my rebounder sometimes at 5 in the morning and it never wakes anyone up. Super quiet. For some stepping up on it might be a bit of a challenge for someone with some mobility issues so I recommend getting one of those aerobic stair steps that were popular a few years back. That in addition to the safety railing would really make it very easy for someone to get on and off safely. The rebounder is very easy on the joints provided you flex your knees slightly and don't lock them up. In addition to the rebounder I have a bike trainer, dumbells, an ab machine, and a heavybag all which I use regularly but if I was forced to chose just one I'd take the rebounder. It's just so much fun! A 10 minute workout on a rebounder is equal to a 30 minute walk. Rain or shine, too hot, too cold, snow, slush, windy, whatever doesn't matter, I just hop on and take it for a bounce. Sneakers, barefoot either way. Sometimes I just get on in my PJs before a shower, no getting dressed in workout clothes for the trip to the gym. I work quite a bit at my desk so I set my phone timer and every 35 minutes I get up and get on the rebounder for 2 minutes. The health bounce is bouncing while neither one of yur feet actually leave the surface to with the rail it's very stable. I think every office should have one next to every work station. When I started my legs were really tired after only one minute in spite of my regular use of the bike trainer. Now I do 10-20 minutes no problem. I also use it withe leg weights and now that I'm use to it I use wrist weights and swing my arms. It's also a great mood booster. My daughter was a little alarmed when I said I was going to get one and she advised me against it fearing that I would fall (sigh, seems like you acrue a few years and they have a rocking chair waiting for you lol) I bought it anyway. Love it. It's also well made and good quality. The weight limit is 450 pounds. I know this is long but for me it was an excellent investment and it's not that expensive as quality rebounders go.

Good value entry level trampoline
I am satisfied so far with my purchase. I got the 48" and I am only a beginner, age 66, but glad I have room in my home for the extra mat space so I can freely experiment with various moves without my feet coming too close to the edge. I lost 5 pounds the first week, even though I only used it a minute or two at a time 4-5 times a day. I am now up to 8 to 10 minutes twice a day, and a couple minutes in the morning before leaving for work. I love that the handle was included, but attaching it is optional. It appears to be well-made and sturdy and a good value for the money. I was able to do the assembly myself without any help. I would recommend ordering some kind of yoga socks or shoes that will grip well, as the jumping surface is slick if wearing socks. Even my sneakers slipped a bit on there. I haven't tried barefoot, maybe that would make a difference until one started sweating...the Walifrey Pilates Socks worked well for me, also a good value for the price, it was 3 pairs in a package on Amazon. I think this is finally an exercise system I can stick with; it is really fun and more of a workout than it looks like on tv if you add moves beyond the basic health bounce.

Set up is a little tricky, but very pleased
I’ll start with the good and say that this is a great little rebounder. This is the first one I’ve owned so I don’t really have anything to compare it to, but it seems perfect for beginners. I’ve only had it for a day (so will update review if needed) but it seems well made and I feel pretty confident in the elastic bands holding up over time (although I would assume the should be replaced at some point). So far I don’t have any complaints or concerns about the product now that it’s set up. It’s sooo much fun. I feel like a little kid. I love that it’s small and light enough to be easily moved or stored. It says you can fold it for storage purposes, but after feeling the resistance in the bands I don’t know that I’ll be attempting that lol! The assembly wasn’t especially difficult, but it does require quite a bit of grip strength and leverage to stretch the elastic loops, so if you have mobility or hand/finger strength troubles you may struggle quite a bit. The tools they include help tremendously, as does pre-assembling a few of the elastics, but it still took some doing. I wouldn’t say that the instructions were necessarily LACKING, but I feel like emphasizing a couple of things more clearly would have saved a lot of trouble for me lol. So I’ll share my tips in hopes it helps someone: - Definitely ACTUALLY read the directions (carefully!) and watch the video via the QR code BEFORE you start. I fancy myself pretty proficient at assembling things so I kinda just skimmed the directions and watched the video as I went along. Wrong choice. - Several loops came attached to the frame already, so I foolishly assumed they were attached correctly and just went along with that. However, about 80% through it, I noticed in the video that their loops looked slightly different than mine. Turns out the pre-attached loops must have slid around in transit since there wasn’t that much tension and they were aligned incorrectly. The little lumpy metal part is supposed to “lock” the elastic into place when properly secured. If you pay close attention to the instructions in the manual, use the triangle tool exactly as instructed, and make sure you compare your loops to how they look in the video, you should be able to figure out how it’s supposed to sit tightly. I don’t know how important that detail really is, but the tension in these bands is intense, so I didn’t want to take any chances on not doing it properly and having a band fly off and hurt someone. - Which brings me to my last point. PLEASE be mindful of where you have your face and other body parts while you’re securing the elastic. While I was reassembling my bands for the second time, I was using the triangle tool to stretch the elastic and using the side of my knee to hold the frame down. My hand slipped, and the triangle tool (which had the elastic stretched over it) snapped down like a very large mouse trap on my ankle lol! Totally my fault, but these are very strong bands that you stretch quite a distance and the welt/bruise on my ankle leads me to believe that someone could very easily be very hurt if not careful.

Great item/Horrible customer service
Even though my trampoline came pre-opened and missing a part, the 48” BCAN trampoline is great! It’s fun and I feel better after jumping for 20 min. It’s the perfect size for jumping around. Anything smaller would make it harder to stay only on the mat. I spent the extra money for the handle for safety as I’m a senior. Unfortunately, the part missing, helps to keep the handle safely in place. Also, it did take longer to assemble than expected but the tool provided was extremely helpful and I may have given up, without it. I purchased the bungee (vs the spring model, which I owned years ago which is noisy and stiff). This one quiet and the landing is soft. It does fold but it takes removing most of the cords, which is time consuming to both remove and reattach. You also need a little muscle to safely open and fold it, as well as a place to store this opened. The missing a part is one problem but the stitching around the outer mat is concerning. It is sloppy and can cause fraying. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER and the email to BCAN keeps saying my email cannot be received. BCAN obviously doesn’t want to hear from its customers as it makes it nearly impossible to contact them! I LOVE this item but may have to disassemble it, for its return.

Love This Rebounder!
I love this rebounder! It was easy to put together, and they even include a tool to help get the bungee cords on. That made assembly so much easier. It also comes with a handlebar if you want the extra support. I decided not to use it because I was comfortable without it, but I’m keeping it in case I ever change my mind. I’ve been using it every day, and it’s sturdy, quiet, and a great workout. I would definitely recommend it!

Sturdy and Strong for Wiggly Kids
UPDATED REPLACEMENT REVIEW: The company reached out and offered refund or replacement. They had not had this problem before and the kids loved it so much before it broke down that I thought we'd try the replacement. It has been a few months now and it is holding up, sturdy and strong. We did throw the old one away without taking pictures, but I suspect there was a defect of some kind bc the performance of this new one is so much better with probably more use than the previous trampoline. I'm sure this is a great exercise tool but I would also HIGHLY recommend this rebounder as a solution for parents who have kiddos with infinite wiggles to work out:). It's a great size for small homes and easy to hide away when company visits if needed. OLD REVIEW: The bar and one of the legs broke off after 6mo of use by an 8yo and 6yo. The trampoline was assembled per instructions and kids used for jumping to get their wiggles out, pretty mild use given their combined weight is less than 100lbs, tho only one kid jumped at a time.

Happy I got the bungee style rebounder
I am so happy with this rebounder! Wasn’t thrilled that it took a half an hour to put it together. Since I chose the bungee style, I had to put every single one of those bungee rubber bands around the surface. But once it was put together, I was very pleased with it. The handle is stable and the tension in the jumping surface is just perfect for my bouncing with a bad knee totally worth the house of putting it together and the bar was exactly what I needed.

Love rebounding this is a good entry level product to try it 3.5 stars
Pros: I bought this product to try rebounding and I love it! This product is a good entry rebounder to try and see if you like rebounding. I have followed some YouTube enthusiasts and it can raise my heart rate up faster than the treadmill where I jog and walk on an incline and it's lots more fun than the treadmill. I cannot compare the bounce since I have not tried other rebounders but I bought a bungee rebounder because of the softer bounce as reported by others. I will say that I needed to start slower and recommend that everyone trying it for the first time to start slowly. I tried it barefoot at the beginning but had problems with my feet, knees, and shins. So I went to tennis shoes and shin support. Now a month later I can jump on it barefoot without shin support but I have been doing my own routines and not following others cardio routines. I am careful about the position of my feet and knees too. There is no noise with the bungee cords either. I find that bouncing about an hour before I go to sleep has helped with the quality of my sleep immensely! I have troubles waking up during the night but this has been minimized to no waking up to one bathroom break and then falling right back to sleep. I guess this is why we rock and jiggle babies to get them to sleep, it works! Cons: Setting this up took some time. I struggled with putting the bungee cords on to the point I was afraid that I might damage them I had to stretch them so hard. And once I had them on I never wanted to fold it because the tension is so high. And the bungees should be replaced periodically so that will be in my future but I believe it could be years from now. I left the handle to my husband who can put together products even from Ikea easily. Needless to say he was not happy about putting the handle on and said the directions were terrible and the pictures were inadequate. However, the biggest problem I find is every time I use it I must screw one or two of the legs on as they loosen a lot to the point I would worry about a danger of collapse if I forgot this step. My BMI is 28 so I'm overweight but under the weight limit for this rebounder. Since I got interested in the rebounder because of my osteopenia, I do not want to get a broken bone from structural failure. If you can afford only one rebounder, just remember to check the legs for looseness every time and this should be fine. Recommendations: I do recommend rebounding as it is a fun exercise and I have seen the health benefits! But for me after more research, this rebounder is going to be replaced with a Cellerciser which has steel springs which should last longer than the bungees. I figure that I can oil the springs periodically when they start making noise. This BCAN can be used upstairs for light bouncing rather than cardio so I'll still keep it. From my research I learned the NASA study for exercise benefits was from steel spring rebounders and not bungee rebounders. I did see a Bellicon interview with a lady who improved her bone density after six months but at almost $1000 the Bellicon will not be my second rebounder and replacing the bungees would still be in my future. I will be curious to see the difference between springs and bungees and if my bone density improves when next it is tested. I am only a month into rebounding but I've seen improvements in muscle changes and sleep. I don't have problems with my lymph system as I'm active all day as a teacher, so there has been no change for me.

Good product so far.
BCAN 450/550 Foldable Mini Trampoline 48" arrived quickly and with no damage. The package was well packed with styrofoam protection and all parts secure in plastic bags. Nothing missing...I received 2 extra bungie cords. After reading documentation I found setup to be quite easy. Everything went together as it should with only a small issue with one of the handrail leg screws being a bit tight going into the frame threading. This is my first rebounder so I can't compare it to others but it seems firm yet offers enough bounce for me (200lbs). Some suggestions: 1. Take some (or more) of the pre-installed bungies off in order to make unfolding much easier. 2. Install the hinge pins on top of the frame instead of the bottom as indicated in the manual (see images) in order to reduce possible chafing/abrasion against bungee cord. 3. After hinge pins are inserted, set the trampoline on a raised surface (a bed) to make installing the bungees easier. 4. Pay attention to the placement of the rubber covered metal bungee clamps, they should be placed (poorly shown in the manual) in a position between the mat and the frame (see images), not in the metal bracket attached to the mat (as I have seen other purchasers do, which may have caused premature failure). 5. Because there are a lot of bungies (40 on the 48") there will be a few that will rub against parts of the frame hardware and may cause some amount of chafing/abrasion with usage. (Personally, I'd prefer a non-folding version of this trampoline that did not have the folding hinges which I believe might contribute to chafing/wear.) Try to place all bungies so as to cause as little abrasion as possible (no twists or overlaps). I am satisfied with this purchase so far. I only plan to use it for light bouncing 7 days a week for 10-15 minutes. I have to be realistic about how long before a component will break. 100 bounces/minute x 10 minutes/day x 7 days = 7000 bounces/week. The BCAN website itself advertises an elasticity test of 30000+ for the bungies and their manual does mention the need for inspecting and replacing components caused by normal wear. Warranty on bungies and mat are 6 months...everything else is 1 year. That said, it appears to be a solid product for the price and hope to get good use out of it while keeping in mind that I may have to replace something eventually.

Mala compra
Está muy grande el diámetro, independientemente de su altura o complexión es mejor la medida mas chica una anterior a esta que compre.

stitching of bungee holder is weak
After using it for 7 months, the stitching of the green cloth got damaged, and the holder of the bungee came out, making the entire trampoline unusable. I weigh less than 100kg.

40” Bcan Rebounder
Lovely firm rebounder. 40”. There is plenty of room on this size for one person doing rebounder exercise. I would have found the 48” too big and bulky to use inside. Highly recommend this product.

Awesome rebounder
Love it , super easy to put together , all the tools provided. Bungee bands way better than metal springs , gentle on the joints . The hand support bar is adjustable to really good height options for someone who is tall . Highly recommend . Just be aware if buying off AU Amazon it took 3 months to be delivered .
