No they have a standard four pin motherboard connector and a 3 pin Argb

Which way is the airflow direction? Mine have no markings on the fans, the image shows the white logo as the intake but theres a white logo on both

The airflow on fans always runs from the open side through to the side that's got the motor and wire attached to it, unless stated otherwise.

how do you get the lights to turn on?

The lights come on when the fan's light connector is connected to the 3PIN ARGB connector on the motherboard and the motherboard is powered on.

These are clearly labled argb so addressabe so have they got a 3 pin 5v rgb cable as well as the pwm fan power cable?if not then they are not argb

Yes they also have the 3 pin 5v rgb connector (using 6 of them in my case)
