This thing is legit! I have a lot of shoulder pain at the top and bottom. This strap keeps shoulders in and gives some help at the bottom, allowing you to go heavy, keep your form and do it without pain. If you are an older dude this thing is really a game changer. There is assistance at the bottom, it's elastic so that's to be expected, but there's none in the middle or top so you are still working throughout the movement. I used it on my BB Incline bench and DB flat bench. After each set I was tired, but not sore. 10 of 10, and 3 other people asked me for the Amazon link! Definitely worth it!!

This thing is great and much cheaper than the "name brand" competitor. I use it all the time and it will definitely help you increase the amount of weight you can press. I'm not sold 100% on it being that useful for gaining muscle, I mean if this assists you in lifting more weight, is that better than lifting less weight without it? There is definitely some assistance gained by this, some weights that I can get maybe 1-2 times, when I use this I'm lifting it 6-8 times. I do like it, it helps keep your elbows in while lifting, but it's not overly restrictive.

Absolutely works!!! I’m a female and went from 55lbs in October to being able to hit 135 x 3 today for a “best”. I don’t care much about PRs as I do having good form, shoulder support, and just the ability to overload my muscles safely. This sleeve gives me confidence to move heavy weight.

decent quality but compared to a mark bell slingshot theres no comparison, still feel shoulder pain when bench pressing 155lb plates with 30 pound chains but can easily bench 230 with the mark bell with little to no pain, so i use this for push ups and it works great

Works great. Very comfortable. I’m 62 and have bad shoulders and haven’t been able to do flat barbell bench with any decent amount of weight in years. This band pulls my arms into my body and takes enough load at the bottom of the rep to keep the strain off the shoulders going back up. Recommend it for anyone with shoulder issues.

I’m sure it’s a great product for most. I was hoping it would help with my shoulders which have been injured numerous times and I get pain when benching. Warmed up without it. Putting and only did 3 reps before I realized I hurt my shoulder. Couldn’t lift my right arm without pain or turn my shoulder inward without pain. I stopped the workout and now healing. Sux! Was hoping it would help me like it did others.

The product works. I have a bad shoulder snd could bot do push ups. This product took the pressure off my shoulder and allowed me to do push ups again. So thankful and grateful.

I’ve never used one of these before but this seems to be good quality. It has helped to improve my bench.
