Microwave It Microwaveable Plastic Omelette Maker

The times they give in the instructions I found were nowhere near long enough. They don't say but I think their times are probably based on one egg and a 1200w microwave. I make 2-egg omelettes in an 800w microwave. After experimenting, the method I adopt is to lightly smear olive oil around the inside of each mould then break 2 eggs into a jug and top up with milk to 250ml, add salt and pepper and whisk. Pour equally into each half of the omelette maker and then add filling, mushrooms, grated cheese or whatever to each half. Then into the microwave for four minutes straight. Remove, close the two halves together and tap firmly a couple of times on the outside of each mould and open. The result is a nice fluffy omelette that slides easily out of the moulds onto the plate.

So easy to use & they come out fluffy! 100% recommend amazing for the price!

Easy to use, well made for the price - probably allow longer cooking times than stated according to taste. For me it’s become a kitchen essential that delivers perfect omelettes every-time with less grease and less mess!

I felt it needed to be microwaved longer than recommended but that's personal preference
