Thin Matt Black Picture Photo Frame 36 x 24 Inches

Purchased for a specific sized poster for a birthday present, good quality, just remember to take the vinyl protector sticker off haha

The first frame arrived damaged in multiple places. After initially requesting a refund, My Frame asked what I’d like to do? Refund or receive a replacement…I requested a replacement as long as it arrived in one piece! They acted quickly and efficiently and a new frame arrived in tip top condition….thank you for turning a negative issue into a positive outcome….much appreciated…the frame looks great too 👍🏻

at the 36x24 size, I guess you can expect some flex as its quite big, but the issue is that the sides flex so much so that the acrylic kind of un-lodges, so I had to duct tape it to keep it in place before hanging.not bad though, looks good and for the price i think its fine :)

The frame arrived in effective protective packaging and was quite sturdy for its size and price, the backing board was reasonably thick and rigid. I tried it with the transparent plastic on the front first (after removing the protective film from both sides) but found it too reflective to be useful, and it also had distortions in the reflections, presumably because it was not possible to get it completely flat. So I remounted the picture with the plexiglass behind it and it looks fine. So its probably 4.5 stars but it gets 5 for overall quality and arriving undamaged.

Ordered this ages ago but as we moved I hadn’t got round to hanging the picture. Disappointed to find the frame is damaged on the corners x 2, the metal spikes that hold the picture and back of the frame on are weak and 3 fell off.Overall expensive for what you get. I don’t think this is worth the money and would recommend an alternative. The light weight element doesn’t off set the cheap ness of the product.

I've got a few of these frames in different sizes and they're pretty good for the price. Framing is very expensive and you can't expect something amazing for a low price. These frames are fine if you don't want to hang anything too heavy and you aren't going to be moving it frequently.The smaller ones naturally have more rigidity, which I've used for framing certificates and photographs. The larger ones I've used to frame posters for the children because I loath having them stuck the wall. They are definitely less rigid and feel a bit flimsy, you have to handle them carefully. But once they're up on the wall they're fine.They come with a fixed attached to hang either portrait or landscape, and they use perspex not glass so they're safe for children and it makes the frame lighter. The frame definitely wouldn't be able to support glass.

Brought this frame for a picture (as that’s what it’s there for) once you put the picture in . It is very ghostly and can barely see the picture . The frame is also bent . Will not buy again .

This is a good frame but it is lightweight so I didn't expect too much. I ordered quite close to Christmas and didn't hold out much hope but My Frame despatched it lightning fast and it arrived within 24hrs. Thank you for that. It arrived well packaged but I can see how it could be mishandled by the courier and be damaged in transit. Mine, however, turned up safe and sound and before you knew it it was on the wall displaying a (The) Cure tour poster.
