I recently purchased the laser distance measure with a built-in camera, and I must say, I am extremely impressed with its performance. It has made my DIY projects and home measurements a breeze. Here are the reasons why I highly recommend this device: Accurate Measurements: The laser distance measure delivers precise measurements much better than my manual measurements. It's incredibly helpful for measuring various distances, heights, and widths accurately. Built-in Camera: The built-in camera is a fantastic feature. Fantastic little device with many features and easy to use once you read the instructions. Quality seems very good.

It takes too many steps to delete measurements. You have to press a button to get a menu, then select one or all measurements, then press delete to clear. On my older laser, I delete by tapping the on/off button. I make hundreds of measurements when making flooring layouts in a home. Deleting previous measurements avoids confusion or mistakes. Way, way to time consuming because of my measuring methods. Maybe it's just me. Second complaint is it's displaying down to 1/32". Almost no purpose for a measurement of 49' 7" 11/32. 16ths are plenty fine and user friendly. 3rd complaint is the display of 3/4" reads as 03/04" and 1/2" reads 01/02". That's way too much clutter for me. Now the positive side. I really like this tool otherwise. Great screen color and comparing to my other lasers, extremely accurate. It feels good in the hand and has a very nice zippered case. I loved the angle finder ability......no menu, it's always there and functioning. It came with rechargeable batteries but can use AAA's if power goes low. That's another great + I'd definitely buy this again if the measurements were limited to 1/16" and it had a simple "one click" delete button instead of going to a menu. The price was fair too.

Tool. The instructions are really small and difficult. I need to measure the height of a antenn tower but haven’t been able yo get a reading that is correct. I tried measuring from the floor to the ceiling in a room. The actual measurement is 8’. But the tool comes up with 6’ 5”. And i know its wrong. Im sure I must be doing it wrong but after trying multiple times I still havent got it to work properly.

This the first thing i put in my pocket when going on site. I have been using this for almost 2 years now. Every time i questioned a measurement and did it manually, 99% of the time it was spot on. Any time is was off it was a error i made not the laser. Most of my measurements were done outdoors. - The camera on this is incredible for when you can't physically see the dot. - The battery lasts a long time but when using the camera it cuts it in about half. - Charging time is ok when plugged to your computer but much better if you use an adapter. - Works better when the sun light is behind you.
