Worth every penny!
I never normally write reviews but this is a hidden gem that has to be shared! I have a Shark Hydrovac XL that I use 3+ times a week. It keeps my floors clean enough but after seeing raving reviews about the Roborock Dyad Pro I decided to see what all the hype is about and my oh my WHAT a difference! I'll list some things I found great from the start and then compare the two; First, the quality...yes it's not the cheapest vacmop out there but it oozes quality with all the little things like a hair cutter on the brush cleaner, non slip feet on the base, special tape that lets you know if it's been opened (we've all purchased something that we are sure someone has already used :/) and even the packaging boxes were superior quality. I felt like I was opening something worth the money it cost and had no concerns about the sturdiness of the unit. It came with a quick start guide, a full instruction manual and handy stickers on the unit itself so I felt pretty quickly like I had a good idea how to handle the large item and even felt confident downloading the app. This is my first app controlled device and so far the app is clear and concise. Second; ease of use vs the Shark Hydrovac. I did notice it was quite a bit taller than my Shark where the rollers are stored so I was worried about it getting into all the nooks and crannies but my Shark leaves a 2 inch gap wherever I clean because the roller doesn't reach. This product wasn't lying when it said it got within 1mm to the edge and I FINALLY feel like I am cleaning ALL of my floor so the trade off I felt was worth it and I can just move the couple of things it may not reach under. It is about the same weight as the Shark but the handling is like butter it's so easy and smooth and lightweight you would never know how heavy it is. One thing I really liked is the rollers were much easier to remove than the shark and the cleaning solution goes into a dispenser instead of diluting into the water tank. (I will update on how much cleaning solution it uses to see which is more cost effective) It came with an extra filter and enough charge to try it out which was nice as I'm not one to wait around when I open something. We had contractors in remodeling our house and it tackled dried on paint, debris, work boot grime and dust exceptionally well. It didn't get up all of the dry paint specks but I never expected it to that's more of a knees and scrub kind of thing. I LOVE that it is self cleaning and drying so my back doesn't have the added work of removing the rollers every time I use it. It is drying as I write this so I will update on how dry the rollers actually get! Overall I think if you are wanting something that will help you clean your floors regularly and encourage your family to help clean too this is a great investment. Time will tell how it withstands my busy and messy family but I'm pretty sure it's going to fill all of my expectations. 10/10 would recommend especially if you have a bad back like me!

After 1 year, Bot is trash! ***REVISED***and happy!
I waited to write a review because everything that is brand new works perfectly. At first use, I believed this bot was the best thing since sliced bread. After about six months, the roller started falling off while in use and I had to stop my cleaning and reattach the roller several times. This, I actually could deal with because the bot worked well for what I needed it for. Right after my 1 year and end of the manufacture warranty, my bot stopped sucking up the water and was only leaving puddles. I called the manufacturer and surprisingly, they offered to fix it as long as I shipped it to them. They paid for the shipping and kept me updated on the repairs. Once I received my product back, I began to use the bot once again. After one week, it started making a high pitched motor sound but still worked as I first remembered. There was one occasion where it smelled as if the motor was going out but that later dissipated and did not return. Once receiving my bot back in August after the repair and executing the proper maintenance and care, my machine has completely stopped working. It made a loud noise, had a strong smell of burning, and went KAPUT!! I invested over $300 dollars for a piece of garbage that is no longer usable. Value: WASTE OF MONEY Performance: OKAY BUT NEEDS A LOT OF IMPROVEMENTS. REVISED***** I bought the Dyson mop which is as a lot more money and it was not great! I sent it back after 2days. This no is sooo much better and cheaper. I love the roller drying feature and the large waste canister. The Customer service is the reason I changed from a 1 back to a 5 STAR!! After my machine stopped working after a year, they fixed it and it stopped again. I sent it back and they sent me a practically brand new machine. I am grateful and this bot is the way to go for easy cleaning and great customer service!

Absolutely Horrible
I had high hopes for this product. I love my Roborock S7 Ultra Max robot it's amazing and I was hoping this would be too. I got this just for quick clean-ups instead of pulling out the robot. I had the Crosswave Pet Pro before this and absolutely loved it and was on the fence between the new version of the Crosswave Pet Pro and this. I went ahead and purchased this since I loved my robot. First off the multiple roller thing is cool, I do like that but this mop/vac clean water container is super small. I have to constantly refill the clean water and empty the dirty water containers. Also, the self-clean is crappy, even on the deep clean mode it still doesn't clean well, and water splatters from the dock. I ran the self-clean function a 2nd time and the water still came out dirty. I then took off the rollers and there was so much dirt still on the rollers. Everything was telling me to return it before the 30-day mark but I really wanted to give it a fair chance. That was a huge mistake because now the device leaks. there are no cracks in the clean or dirty water containers. No the water is spluttering from the side of the mop/vac by the rollers and it s leaving large streaks of dirty water on the floor. No matter what I do it still leaks, I've tried cleaning the device, and I've tried toggling the splatter shield thing, but nothing I do stops it from leaking. So now I have this device just sitting because I can't use it because it leaves a huge mess. I did purchase a 2 year extended warranty on it but it's only been 4 months and it's already useless. That is just insane to me. Also, after about a month of using it and emptying the dirty water container after every use it smells awful, even after replacing the filter and the battery life is trash. I would not recommend.

Cleans well
This vac mop cleans really well... My kitchen gets dirty because of various things such as vegetable scraps, fruit pieces, sugar, tea stains, burnt scraps from cleaning the gas stove, oil, flour, syrups, sauces, etc... my entryway is forever drty because we track in dirt from the garden multiple times a day. We have 3 women/girls in the house with long hair. This vacmop gets it all. You do need to go over an area 6-7 times if it is particularly dirty but it gets the job done and leaves floors squeaky clean. It does NOT pick up stuck on kids' slime or stickers but that's to be expected I guess, because those things need knife/nail power. It also picks up hair although needs 2-3 passes - most of the hair comes up in the dirty water tank. The filter in the dirty water tank also works well and blocks large items from falling down in the sink. It also works as a strainer for large debris. Edge cleaning is great.. the only issue is that the front of the mop head does not go all the way so in order to clean an edge right in front of you, you have to reorient the vacuum and let the edges of the mop head do the job. Maneuverability is great. Its much heavier than my dyson V11 but not prohibitive. It is self-propelling so once you start using it it glides forward effortlessly. Be careful with sharp things or wires on the floor. The wires, particularly will get stuck in the rollers. Overall, this is a good device. The cons are: 1. I can do about 500 sq ft on one charge, and the vacuum needs 4-5 hours to fully charge. 2. Self-cleaning does not turn on unless there is 15% battery life remaining 3. Given that I use the mop multiples a day in high traffic areas, I wish that the clean water tank was bigger. The dirty water tank is large enough that I only have to empty it out once a day but I do fill up clean water multiple times a day. I love that I don't have to fill the cleaning solution everytime I fill up the tank - the small container for cleaning solution is a super useful feature!

My new favorite household gadget!
With 3 dogs that love the outdoors and shed, the floors in our house are in need of a cleaning on a very regular (and sometimes daily) basis. The Roborock has been amazing and makes me wonder why I waited so long to buy it! I’ve left my unbiased pros and cons below and also addressed other reviews about the smell. THE PROS: It is light and easy to move around. It cleans right up to the edge of the wall without any problems. It leaves the floors only a little damp and they dry within minutes. It self cleans AND deep self cleans. It has a fast dry setting as well as a silent dry setting, which dries the rollers out after they’ve been cleaned. The app is simple to install and easy to use. I have used it on carpet a few times to pick up spills, and even that worked like a charm! THE CONS: It doesn’t clean all of my floors without needing a bit of a charge in between (about 2800 square feet). It needs to be placed in an area that has a plug nearby, and the charging base might take up too much room for some people’s liking and/or have to be located in a public area rather than a utility or laundry area (we don’t have this problem but some might). The dirty water container can smell if it is not cleaned out (as does any similar container of any wet vacuum) after use or after running self-cleaning mode. I forgot to empty the container once after running the deep cleaning mode and the dirty water sat for several days. When I ran the vacuum the next time, I almost immediately noticed the smell and knew exactly what I forgot to do. However, I rinsed out the container and added some baking soda to the clean water container along with my normal OxyClean carpet/floor cleaning solution, ran the deep clean mode and the Roborock was as good as new. The worst thing was that I had to wait for the program to finish running before I could use it. IN SUMMARY: The Pros far outweigh really only 1 Con that I’ve experienced. For the money, it has been a fantastic little machine, one I only wished we had purchased much, much sooner!

Amazing wet/dry vacuum for the money!
This vacuum exceeded my expectations. I already have a robotic vacuum from Roborock but I wanted something that I could quickly pickup, clean the small area that I need to, and then put back. This vacuum is perfect for this. We will be getting rid of our Swiffer Wet Jet and Dyson stick vacuum and replacing both of those with the Dyad Pro. The fact that it comes with a dock that cleans the rollers is awesome, and it even dries the rollers. Once you are finished with your cleaning you simply set the vacuum on the dock, hit the self-clean button (hold it for 2 seconds if your rollers need a DEEP clean) and then let it do its thing. The vacuum is quiet and suction seems really good. I couldn’t post a second video, but if I was able to you would see how dirty the water is from the small area that I cleaned. To the naked eye it looked clean, but this is where my dog comes inside from outside so I am assuming that there is lots of small dirt particles that were laying on the floor where I could not see them. The Dyad Pro got them all up! When the dirty water tank is full you disconnect it from the main body of the vacuum and then you pull out the middle section of the tank giving you a filter to pour your water through in case there are larger items in the water that you don’t want to pour down your sink. I am a 6-foot man and when I first unboxed the vacuum, I thought that the handle looked a bit short, but I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to use it with no issues at all! I could see cleaning my whole downstairs with it and not having any back pain. If you are looking for a wet/dry vac you should definitely check this vacuum out.

Another machine to speed up my chore.
One of my least favorite activities is mopping the floor. Actually, I don’t mind mopping the floor, but I hate cleaning the mopper. It is dirty and disgusting, even though I can wear gloves while cleaning up the mopper, I still hate it. Yes, I know I can use those disposable moppers, but I don’t like the idea of disposable because I don’t like filling up the land waste with yet another disposable item. When I learn that Dyad can mop, dry, and self-clean, it sounded exactly like what I would like to have. My floor has not been mopped for a while, so I expect it to be quite dirty. But boy, it was dirty, after finishing up the mopping with Dyad, the tank is filled with dirty water that is chocolate in color. Ok, I am a little embarrassed by my laziness. I have the excuse that I was waiting for Dyad to test its function. I pour some Cheerios on the floor to test Dyad’s suction. It did a good job of picking up all the Cheerios on the floor. There are different modes you can choose to use Dyad. I tried all of them. The auto mode is good enough to pick up the Cheerios on the floor. According to the manual, you can adjust the machine to have a bigger gap to pick up bigger debris. After mopping the floor, I pour out the dirty water and was thinking about the next step. Oh, there is a self-cleaning function that I have yet to try. So, I started the self-cleaning function. The self-cleaning function went quickly. After the machine announced that the self-cleaning has been completed, the receiving tank’s water shows it did a good job because it was very muddy. The last part is to press the dry function button to let the mop dry itself. The drying part takes a longer time, maybe one hour? Anyway, when I hear the drying sound stop, I checked the mopper, it was dry. It is important to pour out the dirty water and let the machine dry itself to prevent odor. When I received the Dyad, I realized I’d forgotten to order the liquid cleaner. Therefore, I had to wait for Amazon to deliver the cleaner before I can start using Dyad. Overall, I am happy with Dyad. I look forward to the days I can clean my floor without cleaning the mopper. I can see that this would be my second favorite machine after the Roborock automatic vacuum.

Roborock smelly rock & now doesn’t mop
Update: The company sent new rollers which helped with the smell initially. Now the mopping function doesn’t work at all. The rollers spin but water isn’t dispensed. I haven’t had this thing a year and it totally has not been worth it. After many emails back and forth, they want me to send it in for servicing. I give up. Going to buy a Tineco which is recommended by all my friends. No matter what I do, the rollers smell. The auto clean function is worthless because the rollers still smell like dirty wet towels that have been sitting for two days. Even though I take the rollers and wash them every time, they still smell. Shouldn’t have to be that way. The vacuum/mop combo is convenient. You do have to go slow and go over the spot a few times to get real good coverage. The battery doesn’t last enough to do a house that is 2600sf. I can get two bedrooms, a bathroom and part of the living room done and then charge. Charging takes about 6 hours. By the time it’s recharged, I don’t feel like doing the rest of the house. Ha! Outside of it smelling as I vacuum, the system uses a lot of water and very little cleaner. Even if you get the orange scented cleaner, you don’t smell orange. You’ll change the water tank 15-30 times before you ever refill the cleaner box which is tiny. I miss the smell of moping with something scented but it’s hard to beat the convenience of a vacuum and mop combo. I just don’t know what to do about these rollers.

Worth every dollar
This is worth every dollar. I have 2 dogs and a toddler and this machine has cut down my cleaning time significantly. I recommend it to anyone who has all hardwood and tile flooring. The battery lasts fairly well and it is super easy to empty and clean. It does take a while to charge but that's not a deal breaker. I love that it has the drying function after the self clean and I've never noticed any bad smells from the tank or rollers.

Gran ayudante.
