Review: There is no 18/10 mark on the pan - Just received it now. And the first thing making me feel unsure is there is nothing marked anywhere that it’s really 18/10. Neither on the pan itself nor in the instruction which is actually in Chinese but I translated it and there also is not meant that this is a 18/10 steel. Will try it tomorrow to see how it cooks but a bit disappointed already.
