Excellent table to get you off to sleep

I bought this product as I occasionally find my sleeping pattern getting later and later. I hoped that this product would help me keep a steadier sleeping pattern and it does! I have been using this product for almost two weeks now are have been successful in maintain my sleep. Please note though this is not a magical pill that will knock you out. I also found that it doesn't always have the save drowsy affect each time. So, don't rely on this to put you to sleep every time. I should also note that this only works if you are wanting to sleep. What I mean by this is using phones, reading books etc seems to stop this being and effective option. Overall, this is an excellent product for helping you drift off to sleep.

Found these tablets had a horrible after taste. Also did nothing to improve my sleep. Easy to take but didn't help me stay asleep any longer than without them.

Very easy to swallow and natural ingredients but didn’t find it much help using 1 at night and didn’t like to take an extra 1 as in the instructions

So, I have problems sleeping for a number of years. I can get to sleep ok but always wide awake at 4.30am, however long I have been in bed for. I take hayfever tablets every other day 3x per week and that knocks me out but makes me drowsy for a few hours in the morning - I don't get hayfever; I just use them because they knock me out and I can get 6 or 7 hours sleep. I can only take them every other day as after a couple of days my body gets used to them and do doesn't work. After seeing the reviews for Nytol, I thought I would give them a try and hopefully, will then get a good night's sleep every night and without feeling drowsy in the morning. The first night I took 1 tablet 30mins before bed. I was tired anyway. Went to bed and stayed awake all night. Didn't get a minute's sleep! I don't take caffeine after midday because of the sleep problem and this is what happens. I managed to get to work ok and I know some reviews said it could take a few days to work. So, took another tablet the next night about 4 hours before I went to bed. I managed 2 hours sleep that night. The next night I took another tablet also 4 hours before bed and didn't sleep a wink again. Night 4 after getting 2 hours sleep in 3 days, I put them in the bin and took my hayfever tablet again and slept for 7 hours. Didn't work for me as you can see and so a waste of money.

I have to take 2 they get me off to sleep, and give me a couple of hours longer, happy with that.
