Nytol Herbal One-A-Night Sleep Aid with Valerian, 21 Tablets | Temporary sleep disturbances, valerian root extract, one tablet 30–60 minutes before bed, adults 18+

If you want to know if these are good or not, keep reading. Because I’ve been suffering from insomnia for over 10 years. I’ve tried probably every sleep aid I could get my hands on in the stores. But each one either didn’t work, or did work and got discontinued. So when I saw Nytol come out, you can imagine me skipping to the shop to pick up a pack. I tried both (not together of course) the original Nytol where you take 2 tablets a night, and these ones, where you take 1 a night. And these ones, came out with the best results for myself, and my partner. Now, don’t think these are going to work straight away, because your body needs time to get use to them. Mine took 2-3 days to work. And even then, it took a solid week before my sleep pattern went from none existent, to the best nights sleep I’ve ever had. Everyone is different so these times might vary. After that week of taking the Nytol and them giving me 12 hours sleep a night (which sounds great but to me, it was over sleeping which can make you feel groggy), my body started waking up exactly 8 hours after falling asleep. I felt rested, not tired during the day anymore, and feeling excited to go to sleep at night. It didn’t take me long to fall asleep at all either. Now, if you have the patience in order to give these a proper chance, do it. But, remember that once you start taking them, if you miss a night or 2, your sleep is going to go back to poor Very quickly and you will have to do this all over again. That is what happened to me even though I’d been taking the tablets for over a month. Because it’s herbal, it doesn’t just stay in your system for a period of time.

It did absolutely nothing for me, however that isn’t the sellers fault. It was worth a try. Good service from the seller, item was packed well and shipped quickly.

I bought this product as I occasionally find my sleeping pattern getting later and later. I hoped that this product would help me keep a steadier sleeping pattern and it does! I have been using this product for almost two weeks now are have been successful in maintain my sleep. Please note though this is not a magical pill that will knock you out. I also found that it doesn't always have the save drowsy affect each time. So, don't rely on this to put you to sleep every time. I should also note that this only works if you are wanting to sleep. What I mean by this is using phones, reading books etc seems to stop this being and effective option. Overall, this is an excellent product for helping you drift off to sleep.

No side effects for me. Definitely slept better but defo take longer to get to sleep with these herbal ones rather than the nytol one a day.

These seem to work well for me when I am having trouble settling down and getting to sleep. The one-a-night format is convenient, and I prefer trying a herbal option rather than something stronger. The effect is fairly gentle rather than suddenly making me feel heavily drowsy, but I do seem to fall asleep more easily after taking one. Sleep remedies can affect everyone differently, but based on my own experience these have been useful.

Absolutely useless. I did a quick search on the active ingredient - Valerian root and there is no evidence whatsoever that it has any effect on aiding sleep. Don't waste your time and money.
