So this is a unique massage gun in that it has a heating attachment and a cooling attachment. The heating attachment works just by connecting it, however the cooling one needs to be placed inside a freezer as it is essentially a little bag of cooling gel stuck to an attachment. They're both okay, honestly doesn't make a big difference to me but its nice to have. I primarily use the ball and flat head attachment as my favorites. The bag itself is standard but fairly nice in that it is well organized with a spot for every attachment for easy storage and handling, not all massage guns are well organized like this. Device itself is a bit weirdly shaped and honestly a bit cheap looking but it works well and the speed can be adjusted with touch buttons. Worth a purchase if you're in the market for a massage gun and value the heating and cooling aspects of this one.

I really like this massage gun, it's similar to most of the other unbranded ones, but this one has a heating element and a gel cooling head you can put in the fridge. I think heat is a great option, so now I have 2 massage guns, I just wish this one had a rotating base.

This massage gun is about 3x heavier than the other one I have. Sure, it seems more powerful, is quieter and has the heat function, but I'm not sure that is enough to make up for how heavy it is. Seems this might be better suited for use by a physical therapist on a patient, more than a person using it on themselves. I also find the controls to be pretty confusing. There is a slider on/off switch at the bottom. Then at the back of the gun are the controls to toggle back and forth between the heat settings and the speed settings. It is not intuitive and you'll want to keep the manual handy until you get really familiar with it.If you aren't bothered by the size, it does have a lot of bells and whistles. It comes with a wide variety of attachments- not only the heated head but also a gel head you can refrigerate for a cold massage experience. There are so many attachments, I can barely get them all back in the carry case.If you are looking for a heavy duty, professional grade massage gun this would be a fine one to choose. For me, the more compact one I have will continue to be my go- to choice.

It offers the basic function of a lot of other massage guns and with the addition of heating/cooling heads. The cooling head has a gel like pad and you need to put it in the fridge before you use it. It's quite soft and cool when it's ready. The heating head is standalone, which means you can just plug it in and then it will heat up. You can heat up to 65C (149F). It's pretty warm but not really burning hot level.There are two issues I have with this product. First, it's pretty bulky, so if you want to use it for a prolonged session, it can get very tiring. Second, the touch screen pad sometimes doesn't let me switch to the temperature setting mode. I have the heating head plugged in and I kept tabbing the on/mode button, but it would only allow me to set the speed.

I love this massage gun, but I feel it is priced way too high. It comes with every attachment you can possibly need, it has great battery life, and it is also heated. The heating feature is my favorite part. It is bulky and weighs more than others I have tried but I am ok with that. If it was priced better, I believe this is one of the best units available.

Pretty standard for a massage gun. Standard heads, pretty powerful, decent battery life. Really good for any knots you have or soreness. Recommend

I like the concept of hot and cold on a massage gun, but in practice…it’s just alright. The cold attachment has to be put in the freezer ahead of time and then only stays frozen for so long. The heat attachment gets pretty hot, but since it doesn’t make consistent contact with the skin…the effects are not the same as a warm compress. Honestly, with the speed at which the temperatures touch the skin, it’s barely noticeable. Overall, I don’t really think it’s worth it for the addition of the hot and cold features.

This massager does a good job with penetrating heat. I found it okay to use while watching a video or listening to music; it is not too noisy. I feel it would be more effective if it were of a little heavier construction.
