Great condition and my mom loved it, I only gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because it is a bit smaller and the material is a little different than what I imagined. However I believe that size and materials are both listed in the description. Knowing what I know now I still would have bought it, the poem itself makes it more than worth it.

This gift gave my daughter some very special moments after the loss of her beloved Pumpkin. I ordered the gift to send to my daughter, wondering how I would get Pumpkin’s picture enclosed. i loved it. when my baby Jak passed away i wanted to remember him by with something special. i found this and even though it was for the price as it was i went out on a limb and got it. i am extremely satisfied with the decision. the people there are not the usual consumer hungry business. they actually care and help you remember your beloved one. i sent them the best picture i had of my Jak and they sent me an email saying they felt that they could have done better on the photo but felt like i should see the result and when their best artist comes back from a trip they will try my picture again no cost to me. i appreciate the honestly and thoughts they had for me. They could have just giving me the first picture and been done with that but they insisted they would re-due it again for me and send me the second results later. i just received them and is grateful they redid it. i recommend this to anyone who lost their beloved pet and wish to frame their memory of them. Great product, great company!

I ordered this product for my brother after he made the devastating choice to put his dog to sleep. It's hard to heal a broken heart, but I wanted to get him something to try to help. This product is exactly as is shown, very nicely crafted, and high quality. It comes in a very nice gift box as well. I would recommend this product solely on the quality alone, but the service I got from Expressly Yours deserves a special mention. I sent them a picture of his dog so they could print it out assuming that they probably had a better photo printer than I did. Not only did they do that, but they photoshopped the picture, removing the unnecessary background and made it look 100 times better than the photo I provided. They sent me a proof of the picture to let me know about the changes they made. I should mention that they did all this without any additional charges. And they shipped it out the same day I ordered. I could not be happier with this seller or the product.

This is a very nice piece to remember your beloved pet !, I got ours yesterday and the entire family really enjoyed getting it in such a timely matter, my daughter figured out how to replace the photo with ur own pet, I figured out how to get the stand on the back to work, the product is very very well made sturdy and nicely done with a touch of elegance, overall it will bring happy tears to those that loved and now lost such a devoted compassionate dog

Putting aside I felt plastic backing did look a little on the cheap side and if perhaps the printing/embossing? on the front could be perhaps highlighted in a contrast colour so it could easily be read I still would definitely recommend them to people. I have given both away as gifts and intend to buy more.... Will bring tears to your eyes reading it...BTW I congratulate you on delivery time to Australia. I don't think any previous orders I have placed from the States have arrived in such a short time with normal not expedited delivery - Big thank you! :)B
