Happy with them on AKG550
My AKG original pads were turning to powder. AKG don'tmake replacement pads(!). After a bit of research these AHG's looked like a good bet at a good price. They are.Having 'screwed' them on using the notch on the 'phone casing, the outer edge is a bit smaller than the edge of the headphones (see pic.), however the cover and padding are firmer the the AKG originals, so the inner diameter seems a bit bigger, and I find these new AHG pads site more comfortably over my ears.I have been using the new pads for a week and I think these firmer pads create more of a sound chamber than the softer, fluffier AKGs, and, of course, this changes the sound. I find that the sound is slightly crisper and the bass and treble meld better to create a more rounded effect. I find that the bass is more appealing using AHG pads, possibly because I think that my ear lies closer to the speaker. The treble seems slightly sharper, taken in isolation I'm not sure that this is an improvement, however it sits well with the impoved bass (the bass is not 'boomier' just more refined).I find that my ears tire after a couple of hours, which was not the case with the original pads, I wonder if this is a result of a more reflective inner chamber? But I don't often wear them for a couple of hours! :)I was nervous about buying a generic replacement, but I am very happy with these AHG's. The after sale support has been exemplary and I will certainly look to Accessory House Global first when checking audio accessories in future.

Comfortable, Small audio loss
I've been using it for a month. Hyper x cloud 2. Older ear pads started to wear down. Very comfortable, better than the original one. Been using this for like 8 hours at a time, and its very good, these are currently awesome. From the original old ones my ears would hurt sometimes, thou they were comfortable, these ones are for sure better. Installation was quite tough, I watched the video you need to pull on the sides that go on the earphones to stretch them out, first ear pad was quite tough to get on but the second one was a lot faster.there is a bit of a audio loss, since my ears are further from where the sound comes, but I got used to it and now I don't notice anything. If you have bigger ears, these will fit you nicely.

Truly amazing stuff
My main leather pads on Hyperx Cloud headset were ruined quite some time ago so I was using secondary sponge cushion pads. I gotta say, the improvement is vast - no more itching, no more discomfort after longer periods of use and the best thing about these pads that they don't collect sweat, so it doesn't stink like original leather pads used to. At first I thought they were quite pricey but after using it for a month I can say it's well worth the price. It's quite tricky to put them on though, and the helping tool or whatever that is supposed to be didn't help much. Putting the first pad took me like 10 minutes until I realised that you don't need to work with the pads themselves, only the gums at the edges. The second one fit instantly. And the material is really strong, with all the tampering on the first pad it didn't deform or scratch even in the slightest. In the end it felt amazing to put them on after the poor excuse of a replacement that are sponge cushion pads.Verdict: if you're searching for replacement pads, you need these in your life.

They fit well and were relatively easy to apply.
They're fine for the money.

They work but are firmer than AKG official pads
I bought these for my AKG 550 headphones as the official pads flake after a couple years. I have replaced them with official versions once and this time I decided on the cheaper easier route because it was a pain finding the official ones. They are a lot firmer and a little bit smaller than the original pads which isn't a deal breaker as they are cheaper but the smaller size makes them a real pain to get them on and it takes a bit of force. They don't look as good or feel as nice as the original but I decided to go 3rd party because AKG are awful at after care so I get what I pay for.

It wasn't easy to fit these new ear pads
I bought these to replace the worn out leather ear pads for my Hyper X Cloud headset. It wasn't easy to fit these new ear pads, but I managed it after about ten minutes. I was a little cautious about stretching the ear pads too much when I was fitting them, but I needn't have worried, because they are plenty strong enough.I've been using these for a few days now, and as someone who wears headphones ~8 hours a day, I can say that I consider these ear pads to be very comfortable. In fact, I consider them to be an upgrade over the already excellent leather ear pads that came with my headset. This was a very easy 5 stars to award. I particularly appreciate that I was able to order these from a supplier in the UK, rather than having to wait a month or more for replacements from overseas.
