Nashi Konjac Shirataki Mix Pack 190g (Pack of 8) Noodles, Spaghetti, Rice & Fettuccine, Low Calorie (8 Cal), Fat Free, Odour Free Konjac, Keto, Glucomannan, Vegan, Gluten Free, High Fibre Instant Meal

I have some sensory issues around texture, I also find rice sits heavy and is hard to digest so want sure how I was going to get on with shirataki products. I rinsed the rice well and then fried it off dry and then added a little soy sauce just in case it needed something, then added white chili and mixed it together. Oh my goodness! I think I have found my rice replacement! I have yet to try the rest of the shapes but the texture was perfect, low calorie, low carb, high fibre, and does not sit heavy. I will be buying this again. All of the varieties are in the box and I am looking forward to also trying the using noodles. This is great on a diet, but also great as an everyday choice.

Add chicken stock, vegetable seasoning, and dried vegetables, and some soy sauce, and it's really, really good, on par with store-bought noodles! 🍜 The texture works well because the bite is more satisfying for me personally. If you leave it in the water a little bit, they become less chewy rather than soggy like regular noodles. That way, you achieve satisfying noodles, which are under 100 calories. The value for money is amazing. It's very easy to prepare. I just took it out of the packet and put it straight into the water with the stock, and it really doesn't have an odor 🙌🏻

Pack came through quickly and it was good value. The noodles and pasta were great but the rice is not as good. Will be buying more of the noodles from this company.

Actually decent. No smell or unpleasant odour unlike some others I’ve had. The mix of styles does provide noticeable variety. Not cheap, though a better price than most. A useful addition to a low-carb or keto lifestyle. Actually, useful for anyone wanting to improve their diet.

Bought as a mistake. Was looking for gry shiratake rice. Pricey.

I follow a carb cycling diet which works well for me. On my low carb days, I use these to replace things like pasta, spaghetti, tagliatelle, noodles and rice. They are much nicer and have a more pleasant texture than other konjac varieties I've tried. They're also versatile, filling, a decent portion size and they're quick and easy to prepare and cook. I bought these when they were on offer so they were pretty good value for money too. So far I've tried these with things like chilli, bolognese, ragu, sweet and sour chicken/pork, king prawns in a creamy sauce, stir fry, noodle bowls, tofu in tomato sauce - lots of dishes! Of course they're not the same as the real thing, but they're still perfectly pleasant to eat. I will be purchasing again.

Tastes like bad fish, even when cooked with seasoning

Great low carb noodles

Ottimi! Non hanno nessun odore cattivo come ho letto su qualche recenzione e poi ti senti sazio quindi perfetti se si desidera mangiare meno calorie.

Nashi Konjac noodles are an awesome typical noodle replacement! They are versatile and delicious!!! Only a few calories and big on fat burning fiber!!

Heel goede vervanger
