Will it work on a cruise ship?

I doubt you could use it to power a cruise ship. Those things are big! This cable works well, but it must connect to a USB-C POWER DELIVERY (PD) adapter, NOT an ordinary USB-C charger. Look for the PD designation, and test before your travel.

will this adapter work with experion360 ?

We can not sure if it works with experion360 battery. it will works with experion360 battery if the battery have the mix 60w pd output.

Cruise has usb outlets next to beds but No electrical outlets for my Resmed 11 cpap machine. Any ideas ? Please help.

The "higher end" USB-PD banks from Anker, etc. are reported to be 'fussy' with the power supply. Henhot model has been very successful for me, used on planes and in cars. Total independence!
