It should, but note there are only two pieces of Velcro. The entire back of the pouch is not covered.

Is there any internal organization?

Yes it velcros onto the inner panel of their bags but you can keep the velcro covers on the back of the pouch and use it how you like.

Excellent product

I purchased two of these overflow pouches for my backpack. I was looking for a way to carry medical supplies and these hit the nail on the head. Between the two pouches I can carry bandages, quick clot, Israeli bandages, tourniquet and much more to include a CPR mask. Excellent product. These are longer than you think!

These are a great addition to my Vertx Siege pack. This shipped to my country with free shipping. Wanted the medium and small mesh bags. One size can’t be shipped to me, the other can but Amazon takes a high shipping charge! What’s the deal? They’re all from the same company!
