When I plug it in, there’s no light that says it’s charging. Is there supposed to be?

Look at the light under the display. 1.When in use, the red light flashes indicating no power 2.When charging, red light is displayed 3.Fully charged, green light is displayed (The charging time is about 3 hours after it is completely out of power)

Is there a difference in strength between fully charged and insufficiently charged?

When fully charged, the Velcro sticks tightly, and the strength is adjusted to the highest level: 3rd gear. This time is the most powerful time. (The strength will vary according to the power, the tightness of the Velcro, and the gear.)

How is the after-sales service?

After-sales carefree! 30 days free return and exchange, 1 year after sales solutions. If there is any problem with the product, don't worry. Please contact the seller, they will give you satisfactory service and processing result.

Can the heat be turned off? I see some people say it's too hot, some people don't feel too much heat

The default is the non-heating mode when starting up, and there is no red dot on the display (the red dot means turning on the heat). (Note: preheat for 2 minutes, everyone has different sensitivity to heat, we set a safe range of 100°F-120°F)
