As a person who regularly facilitates LOTO training sessions. I will certainly give this 5 stars. This LOTO kit has some quality gear. All keys (as they should be) are keyed to the lock and come with an extra. The keys aren’t your typical cut. Making them harder if not impossible to duplicate. All the gear opened and closed smoothly without any annoying binding. They come with two hasps allowing up to 5 individuals to lock out one machine. Yes there’s six holes in the hasps. However, the last hole must remain empty incase more workers need to affix another hasp to start their task. My only mention is that on the LOTO Tag itself there’s no line for Date & Time. Although there’s plenty of room on the back in the remarks section. It arrived neatly packaged and with all hardware to hang. While you can store the hasps in the tag box. You can also double up your locks and affix them to the holder if you’d prefer. Overall, I have zero issues or concerns with this kit and would recommend if you’re in need of some OHSA gear.
