A spoon and scr in one. Heavy-duty silicone head is fused to the nylon handle for strength and durability. Won’t come apart, split, stain, burn, melt or crack. Head is heat-resistant to 650 F. Pricey, but the first one I had lasted over 10 years and still works, just a big chunk cut out of it. By the way, I used to make caramels with it, which is pretty hot, never had an issue. Never stained either.

Bought this one for my son, who is getting into cooking family recipes. I have had one for years...cleans out a bowl easier than any other spoon or spatula I own. Washes in the dish washer. Great item.
