Having grown up with IHop in the States, I wanted to be able to make up some homecooked pancakes and other treats within my gluten/grain/sugar free lifestyle. Of all of the sugar free syrups out there, this one is THE BEST. I simply love this stuff and use it not only for my American pancakes and waffles, but also in cookies, pies and cakes. Will continue to purchase this wonderful product.

Good, but not better, than the others on offer.
The syrup is as good as any of the others that I've tasted, but no better. In the future, I'll buy according to price.
