Depending upon who you purchased this gas valve from that will determine the warranty. The manufacturer provides a one year warranty against defects when the valve is installed by a certified gas company.

Q: The port on top next to the wire connectio s is too large. What can i do?

0820637 is the valve you need for a ventless log set. This one is for a vented system that uses a larger thermocouple.

Q: My rf honeywell gas valve(natural gas, part number 20002045), fireplace( majestic dvrt36-rfn), can you provide a valve conversion kit for me?

The replacement of the valve requires a complete replacement kit of components and is sold under the part number 20301079. It is a bit more complicated than just a valve because the old Honeywell valve had all of the controls attached to the valve control panel.
