Absolutely try if you have inflammation pain!
Listen, I don't usually do reviews but I absolutely have to for this product. I have very flat feet. Since I was young my ankles ache after walking, exercising, on my feet for a few hours plus. I take ibuprofen and advil on a regular basis to help. I am a Special Education Teacher assistant and I'm just finishing year 32. I am 57. I've walked hundreds of thousands of steps on the concrete floors in my building. I use compression socks, ankle supports, high top work shoes to give me more support. I was reading some articles on Turmeric and Curcumin with Black Pepper as an anti-inflammatory. One of the sites I was researching listed Luma nutrition as the top product. What the heck right, can't hurt for $25. Im on day 3. Day one, took before bed. Woke up and the pain was about 50% of what it typically was. I was like wow, that's awesome, hopefully it keeps working.. Day 2 I woke up and was even better. I didn't want to get too excited as I have tried so many things with very little success. This morning I woke up with ZERO pain in my ankles... ZERO. I was literally in tears. My wife thought something was wrong.. I couldn't even speak bc I was so emotional. I can't remember a time that I didn't feel pain in my ankles... EVER.. I don't know if this will work for you with whatever ailments you may have but I would absolutely try it and see. I am going to tell everyone that I know and even people that I don't know bc I have never had something work as quick and as well as this!!

I had taken Tumeric for years, but this particular brand did not agree with my system. Size of pill was normal and easy to swallow.
