These are good quality. The sticky side has good strength. The colors and shapes are appealing to the eys. The reminders of breathing and grounding techniques are helpful and very calming. I give them out in new client packets.

Great use for fidgeting and or calming anxiety
Had a birthday party for my 12-year-old and I included these in the goodie bags and all of the kids loved them. I highly recommend them, they can be put onto folders and even the back of a cell phone and used in order to calm down any anxiety or help with ADHD.
