That's exactly why I bought these markers! These markers are very fluid and doing calligraphy with these pens will be a fun adventure for people just starting out in calligraphy. While I have no problem with this, I can see people saying that the pens may be too watery or the ink may be hard to come out; all you have to do is shake the pen a little and the ink should start flowing to your papers. Also, there's a variety of colours provided (20 different colours) along with instructions on how to store the markers (right side up, not upside down)to prevent leakage. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fun to use *by D***S on November 20, 2017* As someone who is better with acrylic paints than watercolors, these pens are really fun to experiment with and I think once I get the hang of it I’ll be able to do some cute Christmas cards and art for my daughters bedroom. I gave it 4/5 stars because one of the pens had leaked slightly when I first got them, but once I wiped it off I was able to use all of the colors just fine. All the pens worked and there are lots of bright colors. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good colors, nice for writing *by B***Y on November 9, 2018* The tips are soft and write fluidly. It comes with a nice selection of colors. My son will be excited to use these. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/51590377-firbon-21-watercolor-brush-marker-pen-water-based-brush-pen](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/51590377-firbon-21-watercolor-brush-marker-pen-water-based-brush-pen) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-05*
