These don’t taste like saltine crackers, but then they are pretty low in carbohydrates. Simple Mills has a number of variations: cedar, black pepper, and plain salt varieties. We stick with these. You should try whatever meets your fancy. Just keep in mind that if you’re doing Keto, not all SM products are 4 carbs or less. 16 crackers equal 4 carbs per serving. They go very well with homemade peanut butter (no extra oil, sugar, etc. just ground peanuts), smooth to crunchy. The cedar crackers with peanut butter reminds me of the peanut butter crackers of my long forgotten youth. Cheese and pepperoni are great with any of theses crackers. It’s even nice to use the crackers to dip your 4oz Keto-compliant serving of tuna fish served with red onions, mayonnaise, pickles, and Kalamata olives, which makes a really nice anti-pasta platter. The crackers are made from almonds, so the texture and taste do NOT match any of the non-Keto compliant snack crackers But hey, if you’re slowly but surely trimming inches off your tummy and other areas, oh, yes, and loosing weight, AND you can still enjoy low carb foods, well in my mind, adjusting to the taste and texture, as well as skipping all the carbs is liveable. Simple Mills Almond Flours Crackers (Black Crackers). I eat some of the crackers and you can taste the black pepper/salt. It is less salty and crispy but it is delicious. Not to hard of a cracker lightly firm crackers and tasty too.

I just buy these in the bulk pack now cause I will eat them forever. Best simple ingredient, gluten free cracker out there! All the flavors - most are vegan as well

Taste great...ate with tuna

I follow a paleo diet, so most of my crackers are flax seed based and a bit far from what one might call a "normal cracker" to have with cheese or whatever. Thought I'd try these, which are paleo, although definitely on the starchier side (using tapioca and cassava flours). Very nice taste, "dry" cracker like feel. Will definitely keep in the rotation. Got both the rosemary, which is a luxurious taste, and this black pepper, which is nice -- but was suprised that the black pepper actually left some peppery hotness in my mouth! A perfectly fine addition to the mix in my house, but some people might not like that.

I stopped white flour so this is the first time I’ve bought crackers for two years. They are great. I have to be careful I could eat the box they taste so good.

These crackers are delicious, but I ordered 6 boxes and 3 of them were "soft/stale". The inner bag was opened- the length seal. I will be in contact with the manufacturer shortly to formally complain.

These are thin, crisp, flavorful crackers that are the perfect size to pop into your mouth in one bite, with or without a topping. They stand alone quite nicely. The almond flour blends nicely with the cracked pepper. Great zing.
