2-Quart : Cambro Manufacturing RFS2PP190 Translucent Rounds 2 qt (1 Each)

So I was looking for this 2qt size for my sourdough bulk proofing. Online sellers like a certain fancy flour seller and other sourdough specific retailers sell it for 20 to 35 bucks plus shipping. For a simple restaurant 2 qt container! If you have a restaurant supply store near you, you can pick it up for a couple bucks. I don't have a restaurant supply near me so this was the best price I could find. It is exactly like my other bulk containers for a much better price. Just wish it included lid.

great for at least 1 large loaf of bread to rise in. I'm getting the bigger sizes also since Im baking more bread Great Quality, silky smooth material releases the dough very easily.

Product seems ok but should not picture a lid and then only mention "lids sold separately" buried deep within the fine print. Without the lid, I wouldn't say this is good value for your money.

Cambro is a great product but like many others I was disappointed it did not come with a lid. That was not apparent and the pictures show a lid. Often orders will include the option to buy other related items at the same time. I am not sure if the lid was offered and I just missed it. so it sort of sucks that I have to order it separate. But it does work great for bulk fermentation.

Great container for new sourdough bakers. Will definitely help you with bulk ferment. Watch the description it shows you it has a lid but it doesnt.
