You Should Not Have to Pay to Contact Amazon Customer Service
Book is fine as far as it goes BUT IT SHOULD NOT BE SO DIFFICULT TO CONTACT AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH GENERAL QUESTIONS!

Very painful to read this book.
The author's syntax throughout the book was horrible, almost as if English is not the author's native language. Reading most of this book reminded me of calling tech support for Microsoft and reaching someone in India or the Philippines,All in all I got a headache and was glad I didn't buy this book. It would be easier to navigate Amazon help articles then reading this book.
