Im sorry be honest. I was pretty disappointed. I love anything lemon and I thought the ginger would have added something extra. I couldn't wait to try them but I can't handle the texture. There very Chewy and left a very rindy feeling behind. They didn't taste at all like lemon and im pretty sure what was supposed to be ginger I thought were more like some kinda nuts. I'm not a picky eater but I just did not care for these. I have 3 stars because my daughter said she doesn't mind them and will eat them. I wish they were less like you would expect from a protien bar and more flavorful.

Absolutely love these! Smells strong of lemon, taste is perfectly balanced. Excellent flavor, good texture, not too stiff and not too chewy. The inside of the package seems a bit oily but the bar itself is not. Love the quality of real food ingredients. Lots of fiber (12g) and definitely helps for an afternoon pick me up. Good sized bar and good value.

As soon as I opened up the package, the smell was divine. They have a strong scent of lemon, which I absolutely love!In my opinion, these are not the most aesthetically pleasing to the eye. They are a strange color, but makes sense with the lemon taste. They are a bit greasy/oily when you take them out of the package, that being said, these taste absolutely delicious!! They are healthy for you and have a pretty good amount of protein for such a small bar. The price is a tad high but all in all I would say give these a try. You’ll probably love them if you love lemon.

These nutrition bars are good for an in-between meal snack. They seem to be satisfying in keeping your hunger pains in check. You can keep the bars in your car for an emergency snack.The texture of the bars is good with no after-taste, and go great with my organic juice or water.The taste is good but could be better. I can barely taste the lemon and ginger in the bars, so this was a little disappointing.Overall I would purchase these nutrition bars again. Thank you!
