Nice set but packaging needs to be better
I am always looking for creative activities for my daughter. So this sketch pad and colouring book pack from Marvin's Magic caught my eye. The set comes packaged in clear plastic. First thing I noticed that in storage or transit mine had been creased a little. This in part is due to the minimal packaging used. Card would be stronger and more recyclable. The pad and colouring book are decent quality. With good illustrations and decent quality paper. I would prefer the sketch pad to bound at the top but it is still perfectly usable. A nice set that in my opinion needs better packaging from the factory.

Keeps my nieces quiet!
My nieces love to colour and I bought these books and it kept them quiet for a worrying amount of time. My nieces are 12 and 11, I even had a go myself and the pictures and quality are great!

Nice variety of animals!
Good quality, great patterns. I recommend putting a scrap piece of paper behind the page your coloring if your using pens. But great value for money.

I saw a product demonstration of this while in New York at FAO Schwartz and my daughter and I thought they looked so cool. I ordered them for her for Christmas this past year, and she is in love. She loves all things arts and crafts, so being able to color the beautiful photos, I would highly recommend!

Not worth the cost
Coloring book has good designs to work on. Book needed pressure to keep open to work on. Sketch book is average weight blank paper to work with. Sorry I spent so much for this. Not worth what I paid.
