Less bloated and better digestion
It’s my first time trying this product and I must say that it makes a big difference on how I feel everyday. Less bloated and better digestion. I’ve only taken this for almost a week now and I’m happy with the result! Will definitely recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a good probiotic supplement that’s easy to take given the size of the capsules are small compared to other ones in the market. Improving my vaginal & urinary tract health is a plus too and I know it won’t happen overnight so I’m definitely going to take this on a regular from now on.

Great Women's Probiotic - Especially for UTI Prevention!
I was looking for a daily probiotic specifically for women, and this delivers! I love that it also supports urinary/vaginal health as someone who is prone to getting UTIs.The capsules are standard size and came packaged really well (two seals, cotton in bottle).I take mine with my breakfast or lunch. It's only been a week or so, but I haven't had any issues with upset stomach or diarrhea. I will update again after more time passes, but glad I tried this women's probiotic.

Easy to use, easy to stomach. No taste.On to the disclaimer: be ready to stay near a toilet while using it. APPARENTLY d-mannose will CLEAR. YOU. OUT. Out of waste and out of air. Soul-emptying fart is how I described this to a friend. After just a few days of using this after antibiotics, I have decided I must end my use of it for fear of losing it all. I cannot trust a fart. I know the deal, alright, but ESPECIALLY with the d-mannose. Do not… and I repeat, do NOT trust a single fart.Other than that, I think I’m okay. I hope this metabolizes out quickly and I can move on to regular programming.
