Yoga for beginners
I like the fact that is 5 different work outs, I am not very fit , so I do the first program, and am half way through the second program. I am taking it easy trying to get the poses right, not so easy when I am quite stiff, but I like the DVD and will soldier on every other day, and hope I will be good at it eventually...

Disappointing
I think that there is an assumption hear that you have a level of fitness, to enable you, even to sit ,cross-legged on the floor. The steps are not broken down far enough as they move into each position. As they tell you to move into table, explain what table is? The instructor moves effortlessly as you struggle to get into position then onto the next one. This warrior is going no further, it will now gather dust. If you have disabilities then I do not think this one is for you.

Not for beginners
As a beginner for Yoga I watched the video through first and was crying with laughter by section five with disbelief that the instructor would think most of these move could be achieved.If you buy this you will need a good level of flexibility, no injuries or medical conditions and a basic knowledge of Yoga as the instructions are lacking.

Kept the DVD but found it a bit slow and boring.

I am a total yoga beginner and really enjoy this video. it is divided into sections. When you are comfortable with basics you can move to next one at your own pace.Will recommend.

I had the pleasure of having Lisa as a personal trainer and yoga teacher for a year and I could not sing her praises high enough. We both moved away and I desperately missed her training so when this came out I was so happy! It is like having her in our living room she is so calm and talks you through everything! Please release more dvds - would love a personal training one!!!

Great for strength and flexibility
Been doing this programme 3 times a week for past 8 months and only manage to do stages 1,2 and 3 and it doesnβt get any easier but I feel much better and stronger for using this DVD.

Not the best
Disappointed with this one. The background music is really irritating. The poses in the first two sessions were mainly using your hands on the mat to support your body putting quite a bit of stress on the wrists so much so I had to stop as it became quite painful and my wrists hurt for quite a while afterwards. The later sessions might be better but I don't think I will be using it again. I have done yoga classes previously and i did not have this problem. Have ordered an alternative.
