Good quality cover
Bonus to discover it zips up to make a storage cover for when the drier is folded. Just need care not to snag the material in the zip.It is well made, fits perfectly and looks like it should last for years, especially as I shall only be using it for storage.I am sure if you use this with the drier it improves drying time. However, I have my drier in a small utility room next to a large dehumidifier. I found that with the airflow caused by the dehumidifier, (mine blows vertically) the cover actually slowed drying time. (If my dehumidifier blew horizontal it would aid circulation through the drier). With the drier turned on and the dehumidifier running a full load of T shirts was dry in just over a couple hours. When I did the same dry with the cover on, all the hems and round the neck was still quite damp after two hours. It needed over four hours to be completely dry.If you can afford to invest in a dehumidifier the cover is for storage

Good but could be better
It's definitely good; well made and zips seem to be fit for purpose. There's a zip so that the lifting handle can be exposed and so the airer lifted. The front zips allow clothes to be added / removed without taking the whole thing off. There's a gap above the top rail so clothes aren't touching the fabric. But they seem to have missed a few tricks in the design.... the control settings are hidden and the only way to access is to either take off the cover or press through the fabric. You get used to it but I think a clear section so you can see what you're doing or a zipped / velcro panel would be much better. Also clothes will touch the fabric at the front and sides, so a bit more clearance would have been an advantage. With this in mind, I dropped a star. But I think the airer is better with the cover than without.

Excellent
Excellent what a difference getting the clothes dry speeds the drying time up and keeps the moisture in your room down. I only use it for a couple of hours before bed then in the morning I tumble what on it for 10mins no need to have washing hanging around the house during the day glad I bought it.

Great, light and easy to put up.
Great, light and easy to put up. Worth buying with the cover. Works better with not too many clothes, but will also work with lots if you don't mind it taking longer.

The first Lakeland product that I have ever returned
I'll start by saying I am Lakeland's biggest fan. I've had the airer/dryer for some time now and think it is wonderful. After reading reviews of the cover, people saying how much better the whole drying experience became with the cover on made me order the thing. What a faff it turned out to be. Until you realise there are lots of zips you try and get it over the airer. Then you spot the zips, undo them and I could not figure out what to do next. The whole time I was trying it - well, the airer full of wet washing was wobbling around and socks and things were being knocked off. Who has the time or patience to fiddle around with this? I boxed it up straight away after the initial trial and returned it. Sometimes it is enough to have one good product (the airer/dryer) and not keep finding endless accessories to "enhance" it. Likewise, some time ago, I bought the flat shelves to make it easier to dry small items such as socks. It didn't make any difference but at least I kept the pair of flat shelves and persevered. With this cover, well, sadly, it was an instant no no.

Ok.
Expensive. It's just a cover which is adjustable. No issues with it after 1 seasons use but he careful with the zips.

Misleading adds
โฌ115 for just the cotton cover, not including the dryer is just a rip off
