They were as described. Will buy again.

2 Issues:1) Included pump could only inflate balloons less than half way.2) One of the two underfilled balloons popped as soon as it was twisted. The other balloon did not pop when twisted.As an absolute beginner myself, who was about to encourage a group of tweens to create with pre-filled balloons, this product was useless for my purpose.Also, I tried pre-stretching the second balloon before inflating it. When that didn't work, I tried to use an electric balloon pump to inflate the second balloon more than half way. Neither work-arounds changed the outcome.

The media could not be loaded.  The balloons are good, some a bit stiff but not a huge deal. I just ran into the confusion of realizing they're not all the same size, which made making the same animal with different colored balloons a test of trial and error to figure out how to proportion them. When inflated they're all in the *range* of being 2" diameter with 60" length, but some are closer to 1.5" diameter and a 57" length. Beyond that they hold air well, the colours are very vibrant, and it was very affordable.

The balloons are decent quality/color variety. The pump is the problem. It falls apart if you breathe on it too hard, and is painfully slow to blow the balloons up with

alot and good quality
